Wayfair Germany 

I ordered a mattress as I am moving into an unfurnished apartment and need something to sleep on. Just randomly got an email telling me "my order was cancelled successfully". Well I don't know what is successful about cancelling my order! No email telling me the item is not available or anything like that, just made it sound like I cancelled the item myself. I would like to know why! Very disappointing communication indeed.

EDIT: Updated to three stars because the customer service team were as helpful as they could be and I got the mattress in the end :) The info I received was not always accurate, and after re-ordering the mattress it was delayed by ca. one month, but hey, it came in the end. I hope I was just unlucky with this order and that I will have a better experience if I order in the future.

Ordered a table lamp which I love however only 2 days after ordering the lamp was half price. I contacted Wayfair and asked for a refund of the difference which was refused so I will now return the lamp and reorder saving money. It’s crazy really as it costs Wayfair more processing a return and reorder and it’s damaged my opinion of them. I certainly won’t use Wayfair again. Shame really for what should be a reputable company

The table came broken and now it takes them over 2 months to deliver the replacement piece. Really bad service unfortunately.

My mother ordered furniture, they told her it wasn't available. No mention of a refund or any other compensation. She waited before asking about a refund. They told her she had to call. The hotline for that didn't work properly, her call never made it through after multiple tries. She had to message them again, two times, until someone called her. They said the refund is going to take 10 business days. There's no reason why a simple refund should take that long. All in all did the whole interaction with the company seem a bit shady and we won't place any future orders with them.

Too long delivery times. Self-made articles; like IKEA - not recommended.
Cheap products made in Hungary or other Eastern European countries. Hardly ordered and a payment reminder comes; At Wayfair, customers are not "king"! In Germany we say: the customer is king!

1. Wayfair have a good collection
2. most of the items we received within the schedule time frame
3. in case of defective or damage items, way fair arranged quick replacement which is wonderful.
4. in case of unsatisfied item, way fair arranged quick and cost free return as well as money back...
All in all I am satisfied with their customer service.

The delivery has not even been attempted (I was doing Home Office), not even a notification - the driver was just too lazy to deliver the desk. Putting a heavy desk into a shop over 1km away makes much sense when ordering furniture online!

After contacting customer service, I've been promised a second delivery attempt which didn't happen - it was a plain lie. After contacting them once again they said that the shipment has been already returned to sender. After that they offered me a replacement shipment, which would take over one month to be delivered. Really "great" service. Never again.

( Germany ) yesterday afternoon I ordered a cat tree and today in the morning it has been delivered !!! I was really surprised how does it work 😂 the cat tree was in very good condition and good quality. It was very simple to build it up.
It was my first experience with Wayfair and I’ll order again some day.

I absolutely love shopping on Wayfair! Amazing and high-quality products.

Two months ago, I bought two shoe cabinet from Wayfair. They withdraw the money from my account before I receive the order which is illegal.
The problem is I never received my order. I just got an email from DHL that the order is sent back!
The whole time I was waiting for Wayfair to transfer my money back to my account. But they did not.
They don't have an email address on their website and they don't answer the phone.
It was a horrible experience.
