Disgraceful prices.
My husband attempted to buy the Muud Evita storage box only to find that he had to also buy a "mystery" wool package. Insufficient ( for experienced knitters ) amounts of the Bling Bling wool was supplied in the mystery bag and when I asked to buy more I was informed that there was none. Further conversations revealed that these mystery bags were made up of some end of line items leaving the purchasers with small amounts of over priced, and I mean extortionately priced yarn. The mail reply I have received today was very unhelpful and worded in an abrupt manner suggesting that the yarn was knowingly purchased as end of line and sale items which it was most definitely not.

Please note your husband purchased this bundle during our 2025 Black Friday sale and you only contacted us this past Friday about a possible issue with this order.
We would like to highlight that our Evita XL Muud bag has always been available as a standalone item, we did not force anyone to purchase the bundle with Mystery yarn.
These fibers are now indeed out of stock, but since your order we had the Christmas and Winter sales going on, reason why the stock has diseappeared. All of this has been explained in the email we sent you today.
In your message, you also told us that the yarn included only allows to knit scarves or beanies, our Customer Service sent you for free a pattern for a sweater using that same yarm.
Had a return and it was handled quickly…

I just love their yarns
I just love their yarns, so beautiful and wonderful to knit with. I am just making the baby blanket kit and it came really fast, the yarn is great (Yummy Yarn Fine) and I treated myself to some new wood needles which are great too.

My order was beautifully packaged
My order was beautifully packaged and the yarn was soft and lovely. Unfortunately I had to return the kit because I didn’t notice prior to ordering that the sweater is worked in the round and from charts neither of which I do. Their customer service was very responsive in facilitating my return. Hopefully I will be able to order from them in the future. I highly recommend them. I must also add that my refund was very prompt!

Wak replaced my lost pattern
I lost my pattern due to phone meltdown. Wak sent me a new link with the pattern so I was able to complete my wip. I did stray to other patterns and had left this project for some time but that time gap didn't effect wak' response. The convenience of the project kit is a treat.

I only wanted to purchase the pattern for the Slushie Top but it is only available as a kit. I didn’t like the colors of the yarn available and the yarn was too expensive for me and I decided not to buy the kit.

However, if you are not in a big hurry, from time to time WAK offers a selection of these patterns for a limited time as digital version (PDF). We do not know yet which patterns will be included in the next offer of this type, but maybe it will include a pattern that you are interested in?
