La tarjeta plastica no llega tras casi un med de apertura de la cuenta. La activacion de la firma tampoco y en consecuencia no puedo activar el pago con el movil. Tengo el salario en la cuenta desde el 30/10 y no he podido usarlo. La solucion que me dan es, esperar que me llegue la tarjeta plastica. Ojala no dea postmorten.
Creé una cuenta online y después de muchos problemas, para solucionarlos te remiten a una oficina física. Si es online, todo debe realizarse online, porque no puedo desplazarme a una oficina. Por eso creé una cuenta online.

He ido a realizar un pago para una administración, la cajera que no lo podía hacer que eso se hace todo por cajero, lo he intentado le he dicho que si por favor me podía echar una mano, es un cajero que no uso había conceptos que tenía que poner y no dejaba ponerlos. Pues bien al final me he tenido que ir sin poder hacerlo.
Una impotencia total, me he ido a la sucursal de otro banco y lo ha hecho el trabajador sin ningún problema.
Para no prestar ni ayuda cuando alguien tiene un problema no hace falta ni que tenga empleados, por lo menos en esta oficina.
