Don't work here

Don't work here, you will only leave with mental health issues. They're people 1st logo is a front for abuse and unfair practices.No growth whatsoever worked there 6 years a good waste of my time when I got retrenched they gave money so little that I couldn't even clear my debt.

I would totally recommend working with this company

I've been working in this company for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier. After the first seven months I was given a promotion.
It saddens me to read this negative reviews as this is the only company that gave me a chance when others had not.
Salary always come on time, any extra hours are paid and when medical or family emergencies occur Webhelp has always supportive.

Webhelp experience

This is a copy of an e mail i sent to them.

I wish to vent my disbelief back at your lack of customer service for a business that train and employ such staff.
After completing an online interview and sharing my personal information with you, I received an e mail stating i would be contacted by a representative to discuss further. I received a phone call from a colleague of yours called Josh, but as i was driving without a cradle or bluetooth, i could not take the call. I did attempt to call back, and text a reply but to no avail. I received an e mail a few days later asking if i was still interested in the position of Customer Service Advisor, which I answered Yes. I was informed that i would be re contacted, so i awaited a call back, this never happened now a week later!
I do understand that your recruitment department is a busy place so delays can happen, so i called Webhelp on 01324 575000 and was told an e mail would be sent to Josh asking him to get back in contact.
I have come to the conclusion that for a business that advocates a good customer service, you lack professionalism and courtesy. Who would want to be employed by a business who lack these simple and basic requirements. I shall be copy and pasting this onto all popular review websites, do not contact me.

No company in the world should ever engage Web Help.

*Serious warning*
Web Help provide customer service departments to a number of companies. The terrible rating here on Trust Pilot reflects their bad practices and I would recommend that every company steers clear of them. They train their agents in South Africa and India to lie to the customers of companies who pay them for their services non-stop, with no shame at all. They will lie about your orders, their procedures, who they are, where they are etc.

No company in the world should ever trust their customer service with these charlatons.

I have worked in so many companies in my life, I have experience in both Big and small companies even startups, this is the worst company in the world in my opinion, I don't think any company will i ever face will be that bad , I couldn't complete a month in this company, I didn't believe these reviews how could all this bad things happen in one company but god how was i so wrong, they all are right, all the reviews are true , I have seen all of this by my own eye , I have never ever wrote a review about a company before but this company I could not stand, I wish this review help anyone who is thinking about moving to webhelp, It's like a hell on earth really

I joined webhelp on September to start…

I joined webhelp on September to start my career there as a call center for inbound calls, the training was for around 2 weeks which was just theory nothing on practical stuff for the work I didn’t even know how to use halo and scio and with the work so far I have done I still don’t know how to use scio properly and halo the systems are a joke it’s so slow and it crashes down all the time so working with the systems, was very tough and not all customers are understanding about this as well as after training, there is two weeks of academy which is with a floorwalker that barely helps out just gives some information and that’s all then your on your own and the feeling of anxiety and pressure is just so much that I had my break down in my first day then the support channel aren’t that helpful, there was one lady that made lose a new con on my second week of academy coz I was still so new to the system and she didn’t bother helping me out at all so like that a month passed by and then I had to manage things on my own, as a person I struggle to read I had some issues on that since I was a kid, and this job didn’t really help me or support me, plus the mental health people in webhelp aren’t helping at all, I emailed them a few times about my manager as well as about some awful customers, there was one customer that was trying to have a sexual conversation and I froze coz I experienced soo many sexual harassments in the past and it was too much and when I wanted to complain about it they said I might have a chance of being in trouble and that’s not what I wanted all my life these are the crap I have to face and webhelp was one of the worst days of my work career I ever experienced the reason why is that was after I worked hard and harder I did so many overtime on October I did around 66hrs of extra work and the manager I had deducted £193 from my salary all coz I was in personal break which is so unfair coz I wasn’t even given a warning or anything my manager just straight up, called me and told me I shouldn’t of put myself in personal ever and he was shouting at me after that then I went to check how much I’m gonna get paid. I saw the deduction. which shocked me and I didn’t even know if you put yourself on that this would happen so that was just the beginning of my bad days at webhelp
And there was this one girl who was my colleague, she had issues with the systems and everyone has their own piece of coping up with the systems which is completely normal however, webhelp didn’t give a crap since they have been so horrible this colleague came to me asking for help and I have been helping her for a month helping her with doing the order for sim only deals, home broadband, phone as well as new cons and I had to learn this from another colleague, which is not even the manager since managers have been so awful we colleagues were trying to help each other so and even her salary was deducted by 400 pounds because she was on personal break to use the washroom from time to time and she has some medical conditions which she has to take medications and without considering all of that, they just deducted without warning which again is very unfair we didn’t know who to complain to because all of the managers a horrible in spite of all of that on November was Black Friday that month I worked really hard I try to make as much as sales as I could even though it was very hard for me to use the systems. I took so much overtime I took around 88 hours of overtime, and none of my hard work was appreciated as well as the bonuses wasn’t even that great to be honest because, if you did any fault, the bonuses will be deducted and it’s already an underpaid job to start with and giving this much reductions isn’t fair it’s very horrible. It’s like working for free almost
And finally to mention they accused me of fraud, mentioned about how I don’t write notes oh I put sales all in and they suspended me and then fired me without giving me a chance to explain myself well and in the hearing that lady who was talking to me wasn’t giving me a chance to explain myself and I had to shout out loud for her to be quiet and listen to me for once, the managements I dealt with are rude remember guys no matter what you do they always look at the negative please don’t join them for a long period of time and if we did any mistakes they don’t even try to help out as well they don’t care about us employees coz at the end of the day we all just numbers to them we don’t mean anything to them no matter the overtime I did or no matter how much dedication you put into the work all that is meaningless.

I left webhelp after finding employment and handing in my notice after 3 months,where do I start with this horrific company,pay is always incorrect,they treat you like robots,management and team leaders behave like there your parent's,nasty and rude people work in tech support,please avoid this nasty work place,you expect better when you are working from home,not the case with webhelp,I hope the client EE looks into it,webhelp are bullies,I recently sent my equipment back and they deducted pay totalling over £450,how dare they do that,I don't want you bloody equipment,I left on the 15/11 and they deducted already.i have already sent it back.
Can you please return my money ,otherwise I will have to go through the small courts.
I have already sent an email today to the ceo mark allera ,so will await his responce. BTW, getting hold of payroll is a joke,do not answer the phone,shambles.

Plz don't work for webhelp!!!

I would not even give this company a 1 star ,but more like 0 star,please don't work for webhelp,disgusting individuals,first off the pay is rubbish,second there always on your case about being acw,thirdly when you are new and in the job for less then 2 months they expect you to know everything,management are a bunch of bully's,they always deduct pay,on top they always make mistakes with pay ,getting hold of payroll is a joke,you can get to the moon before getting through to payroll.i was working on the EE campaign.
Please work for other companies then webhelp. You will regret it.
I wish the government looks into this company.

Absolutely disgusting company to work…

Absolutely disgusting company to work for, worked there for around 2 months and left, management is horrible and rude. Manager once had the cheek to tell my I cannot go on my lunch and told me to get a sandwich and eat it at my desk whilst I work as he said it’s busy ???? (bare in mind I was working a 12 hour shift on over time) and did not have a break for 8 hours and was starving ! Just avoid at all costs! Wouldn’t work here if i was homeless and it was my last option.

Sonia Muneer is a racist

One of my friends was racially discriminated by Sonia Muneer, the Operations manager that works for Webhelp.

My friends Grandad passed away, the only one he’s ever known, he politely asked for time off, but was racially discriminated by the operations manager on Sonia Racist Muneer from Sheffield.

The company has did absolutely nothing about it and taken no action against her. It’s disgusting that one should be allowed to hurl racial abuse to people without facing any sort of consequences. In fact, at WebHelp, they clearly allow it. Sonia Muneer is clearly someone who abuses her powers knowing that she can racially discriminate anyone without facing any sort of repercussions. Disgusted.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I applied in Colombia were I live. I read before all this experiences around the world about WEBHELP but I didnt want to believe as the need for this job was increasing. I decided it to give it a chance. The interview was hard and this recluter at first muted my teams interview I almost went crazy! I tho was my fault and was hers... after that I passed the tests, interviews, went for the medical appointments everything was ok... they send me an email with the induction on friday, but after 2 minutes they send me an email telling me that I didnt pass the last test!!! they wait so much to tell me... Then I asked and they told me it was because they were preventing the company for a possible Fraud. A fraud? why? were is that come from if all my police records are ok, my credit was clean! then they send me more emails like i was part of the team... They dont speak between agents about the process... nobody call me back to tell me i didnt continue. i felt like I was a criminal or something. I developed ticks my anxiety increased those days... I will never recommend this company to anyone! please be aware of it.

Had a very bad experience

Had a very bad experience. Got a phone call, made a test, waited more than a week or so for a response. So i just called them to see why they didn’t respond. Got told to come on location for a interview, waited more than a hour for somebody to come to talk to me, the interview got cancelled. (Btw didn’t even received a email about the interview). Other than that, they called me to apologize and said they would send a mail about the team assessment, never received it, but then I received a mail that I missed the team assessment and that I couldn’t work there anymore.
