My experience so far has been tremendous, she communicates and helped me out tremendously, as a 70-year-old non-techie person she helps me every time that I communicated with her in a timely matter. I signed up for the premium plan because of the way that she explained it. It's been well worth it, Thank You, Tiffany Valverde you are a Godsend, As a business owner of numeorus companies, I recognize excellent talent, my advice to Websitebox.com is to keep her on board and consider giving her a promotion and a raise.

Back in 2016, our local Realtor association here in Florida, offered all agents with them the ability to PURCHASE AND OWN A WEBSITE FOREVER from WEBSITEBOX. I just got an email from WebsiteBox (5/2021) saying my purchased & owned website will be discontinued in July 2021...How is that possible, since I OWN the website...Canadian scammers.

Website Box Suprise me $ 85.00 increase For IDX without any notice or information they just tap to my credit card, I just paid $ 50.00 last month on Mars 2021
that's a 200 % increase that's not fair, they do bad customer service, now I asked for a refund but they say not refundable. Bad Business practise

Our subscription was also $99 lifetime. They charged my credit card without my consent. They charged $50 annual IDX on 03/31/2021, and another $95 for IDX on 04/06/2021. One rep called that $95 charge as annual subscription. The 2nd rep said our MLS board increased the IDX fee, so they are passing that cost on to the agent. She also explained that the $99 lifetime subscription expired when they changed their platform. That truly is a bait-and-switch. It is time for all of us to report them to Federal Trade Commissioner. Simple to file a complaint on the FTC website. Do it today!

Let me tell you I was skeptical about WebsireBox just because the pricing was so reasonable. I was considering developing my own using wordpress. I am so glad I did not do that. Signing up for their premier service I was assigned this amazing person Jenny-May Ruttan, she is like me having my own web developer on staff. She is a dictionary of knowledge and a work horse. Best of all she has answered every phone call I have made. I guess I have good timing. This was a great decision!!!

PLEASE for the love of all thing good, if you are considering building a website with websitebox... DON'T, just don't! My site has not been updated with current MLS info since 3/2/2020! I have reached out to "customer support" (what a joke) 9 times over the past 21 days. At first I got "we are working on it" but now I get no response at all. PLEASE, PLEASE spend your money elsewhere. TERRIBLE customer service and a non working website!

Like other posters have noted, we joined Websitebox with a promise of a website for $99 for life. And now they want to charge us. How can they be trusted for any business dealing? There are plenty of other choices out there offering a similar product to what they are now charging, so please choose another company to work with!
