Deceptive pricing
I did not like the scummy super low offer that they gave me in person compared to the online price. It was such a ridiculous amount that it made no sense to even offer that. When they had a much more rise able price they offered me after not accepting the offer. I felt deceived.

Our online valuation is an estimate based on the information provided by the customer. The final offer is set after a professional, in-person appraisal that verifies the vehicle's actual condition. The appraisal identified mechanical issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:
- A transmission that was slipping during the test drive
- Worn front brakes requiring replacement
Our OBD-II diagnostic scan revealed two active fault codes:
