Not recommend this company as they qoute high price to attract customers but say silly things to reduce the value after send phone. waste of time ,asked them to send bck my phone .

How can they say they will give you £10 for a good condition working phone! Scam! Thats what! Will buy your phone for £10 and sell it on at a higher price.

Appalling service. Sent phone in and rated it myself based on their detailed conditions as they ask you to (Good, Pretty Good, Average, Faulty). My initial valuation went from £117 to £5 after they had received it. My phone had no cracks on the screen, no blemishes etc. Would not recommend this company at all!

Quote was dropped from over £200 to £35 after inspection. There is nothing wrong with the phone and I have sold phones in worse condition elsewhere before for more money. Then over £10 to have it sent back to me. Please do not waste your time with this company.

SCAMMERS - I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the return of my phone.

After declining your offer, I requested that my device be returned to me. You arranged the return delivery via Royal Mail. However, upon receiving the parcel, it was completely empty and the phone was missing.

I have since contacted Royal Mail directly. They have confirmed that the parcel was delivered in perfect condition with no signs of tampering or damage. This clearly indicates that the device was not lost or stolen in transit, and that the issue occurred prior to dispatch, while the item was under your responsibility.

As you organised and arranged the return shipment, my contract is with you—not Royal Mail. Therefore, you remain fully responsible for ensuring the safe return of my property. The fact that the parcel arrived empty represents a clear failure in that responsibility.

Additionally, I paid for £150 insurance on the return. If you are unable to return my device, I expect this insurance cost to be refunded alongside appropriate compensation.

I therefore request that you confirm, within 7 days, how you intend to resolve this matter. I expect one of the following outcomes:

• A full reimbursement of the phone’s value, or
• A replacement device of equivalent value, and
• A refund of the £150 insurance paid

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate further. This will include seeking advice from Citizens Advice and initiating a claim through the Small Claims Court without further notice.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Do not use!! Cut our prices down by half and the phones were spotless! Absolute scum

Anoop was fantastic, really helpful, kind and quick to respond, and went above and beyond to try to help.
Unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars as I was offered £145 initially for my iPhone, and that offer was reduced to £10 upon inspection, which-considering the phone was fully functional with minor scratches and a battery that wasn’t disastrous (75+%), felt extremely unfair. I was then offered a slightly higher price after connecting with Anoop, but it wasn’t anywhere near the price I was hoping for.
I wouldn’t use this company again, but do appreciate the fantastic customer service I received from Anoop.
I’m due to receive my device back in a few days, hopefully it is returned in the same condition it was sent. I’ll edit if not.

Waste of time. Once they receive your phone they immediately try and knock you down so I got my phone returned and sold elsewhere. Waste of time

The customer service advisor I spoke to was very helpful. Unfortunately if you rate your phone as in ‘Good’ condition, to them ‘good’ means ‘unused’. You will not get the amount quoted for what YOU would consider a good condition phone. Save yourself some time here because you absolutely will not get what they quoted you.

Please avoid, scam company, they took an iPhone 15 pro max, offer of £485, in perfect condition, they described the condition as faulty even though it passed all tests, they said it had raised rear glass, the iPhone is made from titanium on this model, offered me £200, I asked for the device back, they sent me to a scam postage company for £15, no resolution

Mohit was lovely. Very friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions. He didn't make me feel silly for asking questions that might seem obvious. Also due to my experience with Mohit I feel more comfortable doing the trade in as he was very professional and reassured me. I had some issues online when I did the forms but he was able to confirm that this has been sorted and instructed me with what to do next. Very happy with the service so far and hopefully the rest of the process will be smooth.

Heavily undercut value and charge for return postage. I wouldn’t bother with them

I would not use this company again.

I was quoted £349 for my phone, which had always been kept in a case with a screen protector and was in excellent working order. After they inspected it, the offer was reduced to £225, which was a huge disappointment.

I felt the original quote was misleading, and I don’t believe the final offer reflected the condition of my phone. If you’re thinking of using this company, be aware that the amount you actually receive may be much lower than the initial quote.

This was my experience, and unfortunately I won’t be using them again.

Complete scam. They offer you the best price for your phone; £214 was offered for my iphone 13. It's in really good condition. After they inspected the phone, and passed it on all 25 of their criteria, they change their offer price to £80. And if that price unacceptable, they charge you a further £11 to have your phone sent back. I've since been offered £140 trade in by Apple. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Don't fall for it like I did.
