Sneaky, the customer adviser asks you to leave feedback on him and give 5 stars based on his customer service , when it’s just a ploy for 5 star trust pilot reviews webuyanyphone .
They halved the initial value of my phone and like the webuyanycar are out to chisel customers down to increase what they can sell device for .

Superb Service!
Professionalism at its very highest, I believe it took me under 2 minutes to go through the process firstly to get my quote secondly to process it. Late afternoon I booked the postman to pick it up the next day, WBAP received it next day, kept me informed via text and emails 2 days later it passed all the tests and paid the money into my bank within 3 hrs had cleared. Superb price I got for my iPhone from now on each time I get a new phone I’ll be going back to their website with my older phone. Customer service brilliant.

Sent my immaculate phone in based on the offer they advised I would receive, only to have the price knocked down nearly £200. I have photos and videos of the phone as I sent it and there was not a mark on it, absolutely appalled by the service and then tried to charge me to return the phone back to myself. DO NOT SEND HIGH VALUE PHONES - COMPLETE SCAM. Would have just gone to CEX if I wanted an offer like they gave me. Absolutely disgusting service. BE WARNED

A MISLEADING ORGANISATION - They reduced their offer of my immaculate phone by half without proving why - my answers were correct and they couldn't justify otherwise - I declined their offer, had it returned and sold it to CEX for more the same day, no issues at all, money transferred same day !!!

Sent a brand new iPhone and was downgraded £200 on the offer because it had ‘light wear on the screen and bezel’! Had never been out of its box. Avoid this company

This is a very disappointing company.
1) it took them 3 days to process my phone
2) They lowballed me from £578 to £400. Changed my condition from Good to average
3) They scratched my phone display and claimed it had deep scratches. Now I saw through the bullshit because I took time stamped photos and videos of condition and packing carefully. So in no way it was damaged by me and also why the heck I will damage my own phone?
4) No reject button if you don’t like their offer. They up the offer but nowhere near their £578 they quoted.
5) now they tried to charge me £10 for return.

Please avoid this company and take evidence of condition prior to shipping like me. I will be reporting their practices to ombudsman because this some shaddy trading. Will never use them or other companies where I have to send the phone.
