Please avoid, scam company, they took an iPhone 15 pro max, offer of £485, in perfect condition, they described the condition as faulty even though it passed all tests, they said it had raised rear glass, the iPhone is made from titanium on this model, offered me £200, I asked for the device back, they sent me to a scam postage company for £15, no resolution

Mohit was lovely. Very friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions. He didn't make me feel silly for asking questions that might seem obvious. Also due to my experience with Mohit I feel more comfortable doing the trade in as he was very professional and reassured me. I had some issues online when I did the forms but he was able to confirm that this has been sorted and instructed me with what to do next. Very happy with the service so far and hopefully the rest of the process will be smooth.

Heavily undercut value and charge for return postage. I wouldn’t bother with them

I was quoted £349 for my phone, which had always been kept in a case with a screen protector and was in excellent working order. After they inspected it, the offer was reduced to £225, which was a huge disappointment.

I felt the original quote was misleading, and I don’t believe the final offer reflected the condition of my phone. If you’re thinking of using this company, be aware that the amount you actually receive may be much lower than the initial quote.

This was my experience, and unfortunately I won’t be using them again.

Complete scam. They offer you the best price for your phone; £214 was offered for my iphone 13. It's in really good condition. After they inspected the phone, and passed it on all 25 of their criteria, they change their offer price to £80. And if that price unacceptable, they charge you a further £11 to have your phone sent back. I've since been offered £140 trade in by Apple. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Don't fall for it like I did.

Avoid this company at all costs. I traded in my iPhone 15 pro which was damaged on the back. They offered me £150 at first. I have just received a new offer of £0.00 for it as there are issues with the front screen. When I sent off the phone there was only damage to the back so if the back is replaced the phone would be perfect. Honestly stay away from them absolute scammers. A-T-SDAHL

Best price paid compared to other sites. They confirmed receipt of my phone on Tuesday and money was in my bank following morning. Would use again

Was given a quote for £830 with an iPhone 17 pro max, then was told it was down graded to £575 for some marks that I could not see in the video they sent. Then was told that I would be receiving a same day payment which again was a lie, also had to pay for the delivery myself at £17 pounds to insurance the phone in the post. Will not be using webuyanyphone.com ever again. And I will be calling trading standers as well tomorrow. Fingers crossed the money is in my bank tomorrow, let’s hope I’m not on the phone again all morning trying to get throw.

Don’t be fooled by them luring you in with high prices!!
I decided to use them cause they offered the highest price for my iPhone 15 £349 I wish I read reviews prior. Upon receiving they knocked my offer down too £220 due to “chips that’s the naked eye can’t see” 🤣 so basically any flawless phone could have chips we can’t see! 🤷🏻‍♀️
I complained they then up the offer to £230 I then got them to send it back to me which was free and quick hence 1 star 🤣

I went back to music magpie who I have used in the past they offered £295 for excellent condition and instead of posting you can take it to timpsons the guy looked it said it was flawless had money in my bank within 15mins fantastic service.

Was offered £158 for my iPhone 12 plus in GOOD condition. After sending the phone off they contacted me with an offer of £30. They said there was lots of faults with the phone which was not entirely true. Yes the battery was not holding a charge very well. That’s why I said good condition not pristine. They said crack in screen. Not when I had it or sent it off.

This company is running one of the biggest scams out there. I've sent a beatutiful iPhone 17 for trade in, with an evaluation of £556, also had to pay 11 for shipping.
few days later they send an evaluation of 210!!!!
can you believe it! no damage to the screen, sides or the back, phone is in perfect condition and under apple warranty. I would include the video they took for you to see but trust pilot doesn't have that ability.

also they scam you into signing up for a subscription which no one knows anything about! they just add it to your basket at the end without you noticing, if you decline it they lower your price.

when time came for refusing the trade in , there is no option to do that. you can't. and if you don't call them, they automatically accept it without your approval after seven days.

these are world class scammers.

I wasn’t happy with my Amended offer, I spoke to Sakul who went back and forth for me trying to negotiate a new offer and finally we came to an agreement. Sakul was very helpful.

Absolute con merchants!
Gave me an estimated price for 2 phones and once they had received them made me an offer for half the value.
Refused the offer and it took 5 days to get them back complete with their stickers stuck on the phones. This was after the contact said they would be returned within 24 hours.
Will never use “we buy anything “ ever again.

Terrible service, price given is not what they will actually pay, you have to argue and negoitate and even then dont get what was offered, customer service is slow too, wouldnt recommend
