Genuinely couldn’t thank him enough. He really deserves a reward of some sort. I never write reviews and he really had changed the outcome in such a positive way. Best customer service

RIP off, once they have your phone, you’re done for. Whatever price they give you, you WILL end up with around half of that quote matter the condition of your phone.

Total scam high offers to get you interested then ridiculous low price then charge you over £10 to get your phone back when you speak to them all they say is there a business

I’d have given zero stars if I could. They offered £458. The phone was in excellent condition. When they’d got the phone they reduced to £175. How dare they. Got over £400 from Apple. They are very dodgy. Don’t use them.

Complete scam. My phone has been there 5 days and they have downgraded the offer from £972 to £595. Phone was sent to them 100% in good condition as per their description. Phone only used for lightly for 2 months and always kept in genuine case eith genuine screen protector. Absolute lies. Ive asked for it to be looked at again. I have photos and video of thrvphonevehen it was sent with absolutley no marks or wear

Whilst disappointed by the offer provided by the company upon review of my product - almost half the amount they originally quoted me as a trade-in fee, Carla-Marie was very helpful and responsive in getting me a slightly better outcome and a swift resolution. Whilst I may not use WeBuyAnyPhoje again, I was pleased with Carla's customer service.

Expect a significantly lower offer if your phone has any minor damages. Even if it's fully working. If your phone has the odd scuff/scratch here and there, expect them to rate your phone as faulty.

Also, if you give them low stars or complain, expect the following copy/paste generic response.

"I’m sorry to hear about your experience.

Your device was tested in the same condition in which it was received, and the price offered was based on the condition it was assessed under.

I am sorry we could not offer you what you expected this time."

Don't cry though, it's just the world we live in.

Added: A big thank you to the company for responding to my review without the generic response they usually give, and for trying to justify a low offer so that they can do a cheep in-house refurbishment and then sell the phone to maximise profit. Like I said, the world we live in, minimise costs, maximise profit. Sorry, I cannot watch the assessment video again because of the creepy person in the rubber gloves.
