High quality and very tidy
I've used them 3 times so far and I'll continue to do so. Yes, moderately more expensive than others; but always show up, on time, are very clear on cost and duration, are very tidy and produce very careful results with high standards. Definitely worth the extra cost given the end result.

First class service from Matthew! Who finally resolved my noise problems which had lasted many months. I had countless other plumbers at my property but only WeFix could resolve it. Matt was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile. If only I had called them initially. I can't thank you enough! Amazing service from all departments
I arrived at my flat and noticed the bathroom tap wouldn’t stop running and no means of isolating. On inspection the hot water cylinder was weeping from all ports. I was only in London for a couple of days so I needed it fixed asap. I was going to call pimlico as they are just around the corner but remembered they had been bought out and I was skeptical after reading some reviews online. I called wefix and they arranged for Tony F to come over within half an hour. Tony quickly identified all the issues and ran through them with me in detail. Parts ordered Tony and Ben turned up the next morning. I must say they were top blokes, very friendly and professional. It was a two day job and I had to leave London on their first day. I had no problem leaving Tony the keys to come back the next day to finish the job while I was away. He called me the next day on completion and ran through everything with me. I was seriously impressed with the whole fit, From the prompt, detailed and professionalism from the call center to Tony & Ben. I will for sure use wefix again, I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Quick, easy and reliable service
We Fix picked up my call straight away. Took all relevant details down and their plumber, Jason Platt, arrived one hour later.
Jason identified the issue straight away and was quick to stop the problem. He was in and out within the hour. Happy with my experience with WeFix and good to know they are around 24/7!
