Brilliant and very friendly workers

Dave and Harry came to fix the floor of our extension that had been ruined by a flood. They cut out the damaged floor and replaced it, three layers of ply and a top layer of laminate. They even filled in some bits that builders had missed in the past. When they left the place was spotless, Harry even hoovered the false lawn where they had been cutting the wood! Really friendly, very hard workers and the result is flawless. Would recommend them very highly.

Sorted our badly blocked drain

Sorted our badly blocked drain. Made sure everything ran clear and was very competent. Had all the latest equipment including a high def camera to confirm all was well. Would use again.

Front door, jamed and wouldnt close!

Two appointments needed. The first was at a weekend and short notice. Very simple straight forward.

Fault quickly identified. Front door hinges needed replacement.

Before first appointment was finished the correct new hinges and supplier had been found. And another appointment made.

Installer promptly arrived and replaced the hinges fast.

Front door has never been so good.

Top service, really impressed.

Usual Wefix quality and great experience

Engineer was prompt, courteous and did a great job fixing our boiler. Also wanted to note that he interacted with my daughter, who was at home whilst the repair took place, really appropriately. Treating her as an adult in the conversation and making sure she understood what was going on which sadly isn’t always the case when having works done. Really appreciated that alongside the top quality works.

Courteous Service

The problem was not fixed but Wefix got me the help I needed to resolve and complicated issue. The plumber was polite, honest and super helpful.

Amazing experience. Great quality and professionalism!

We had a flood in our bathroom and Jason P came and assessed it, and fixed the whole bathroom. He was exceptionally professional, kind, great at communicating and helpful the whole way. He made a not great situation of a bathroom flood stress-free.
I would completely them.

Joshua is the best plumber ive come…

Joshua is the best plumber ive come across, he managed to get down to the specific issue of my boiler and saved me hundreds by not having to buy a new pump or boiler as diagnosed by previous plumbers. really recommend especially if you want someone honest, reliable and smart.

Will always use this company

We asked for David Bowman to come for another door problem and perfect customer service and solved the problem very swiftly.

We will always call for David as he is been very efficient and polite.

Replacement of broken electric shower

We found water leaking from our electric shower. We contacted WeFix, based on previous reviews; and they arrived within 45 minutes of my call. The problem was diagnosed and complete replacement of the shower was needed. We were happy with this, because Josh showed us the defective unit, which we knew to be over 20 years old.

Josh then sourced and collected a suitable replacement shower and this was fitted and connected. The whole job, from his arrival to completion, took just over three hours, which seemed reasonable.

It was not cheap; but we were happy with the price, as we had same day service and a professional job was done.

We would certainly use WeFix in the future, based on our experience today.

I only needed the pressure adjusting…

I only needed the pressure adjusting on my boiler.
An engineer responded quickly however he didn't work so quickly to simply turn the relevant taps that adjust the pressure. At £200 per hour, I was very aware of the clock. Because of my diligence and my suggestion that I bleed the radiators myself, he came in at exactly one hour.
However once he left we realised that he had turned one tap too many and cut off the water supply to the dish washer. We are still doing the dishes by hand, as I have no idea which tap that is. I am scared to call him back at £200 per hour.
On the whole I suggest always learn how to adjust the pressure on your own boiler. Learn how to do the simple things and avoid these call outs, that end up creating a new problem.

When you called our offices to advise that there was issue with your dishwasher pursuant to our visit, I offered a warranty visit from one of our team which would be free of charge if we had accidentally turned off the water supply to the appliance.

Our visit would only be chargeable, at £150+VAT per hour, if this was an unrelated issue with the appliance itself.

We are entirely transparent, and if an oversight has occurred would rectify it immediately. You declined to have one of our team re-attend.

Amazing service and work again.

Used Wefix London before and will again for doing exactly as requested, on time even got James doing a few other minor jobs as he finished a little early . Paid the price quoted, very happy thanks again.
