I came across from Pimlico and it is fair to say WeFix is even better than in the heyday of Pimlico under family ownership. Great service. Tony F took his time and spent 90mins on a proper boiler service (British Gas just do inspections and plod in their flue gas tester). I came across from Pimlico and it is fair to say WeFix is even better than in the heyday of Pimlico under family ownership. Prices not so high when you look at charges from other independents. And quality is better.

Alex from We Fix London came within an hour of my calling for a quote to fit a safety rail at the top of our loft entry. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous, talking through different options for how the rail should be fitted and I was able to choose the option that was best for me. Sam did an excellent job. He explained everything with the repairs to my kitchen tap. He put a new one in. He was friendly and left everything clean and tidy. Thanks for being clear and explaining everything.
