Unprofessional Service and Unexpected Charges

I am very disappointed with the service from WeFix. I booked an engineer to install a new double fuel cooker, which should have been a standard job.

Upon arrival, the engineer informed my wife that he could not complete the installation because he was not equipped to alter the gas pipework (specifically, there was no bayonet fitting). Despite this, he proceeded to do a minor electrical connection that took only 15 minutes.

He then demanded a payment of £168 including VAT for this incomplete work. We are now faced with paying another £168 or more for a second visit to finish a job that should have been completed in one visit. A competent engineer should come prepared with the necessary parts for a standard installation.

This experience has resulted in unnecessary extra cost, inconvenience, and significant frustration.

It is my understanding that following our second visit the next morning, with parts on board that should have been supplied with the cooker, we we able to complete the gas element of the installation.

Quick & smooth experience

Used WeFix twice for two related issues with a very bad drain blockage. The customer service team were extremely prompt and helpful in their replies and the engineer Ben was on time, explained the issues clearly and was very professional. Highly recommended!

Ben and the WeFix London team delivered…

Ben and the WeFix London team delivered something I honestly didn't think existed anymore...

Actual customer service.

Professional from start to finish.

You could tell Ben is someone who takes genuine pride in his work... not just going through the motions.

We'd been dealing with a drainage nightmare for SIX MONTHS.

Had 4-5 different plumbers out (including big names like Dynarod)...

None of them could fix what Ben diagnosed and sorted in two visits.

But here's what really impressed me...

The communication between Ben and the office was seamless.

I was kept informed every step of the way.

Even when there was an unexpected delay... they handled it professionally.

No excuses. No runaround.

Just honest communication about what was happening.

(Apparently that's revolutionary these days...)

Ben went above and beyond what I'd normally expect from ANY tradesman.

As long as I'm in London, WeFix London has a customer for life.

They'll be the first call I make for any plumbing issues.

If you want a company that actually cares about doing the job right...

Call them first.

First time I have used Wefix 1st time user.

First time I have used Wefix, they were very helpful over the phone. Jack came and fitted our new cooker, very polite and friendly service, would definitely use them again.

5 Star Service - Would Recommend!

I called WeFix London at 9am and was given a window of 10am - 6pm for a plumber to come out same day (at no additional cost). By 11.30am I had the lovely Jack Penny at my house to deal with an extremely clogged waste pipe causing leaks in my kitchen.

Jack was absolutely delightful. He went over an above to fix the issue for me and was extremely generous with his time.

This was my first experience with We Fix London and would recommend their service to anyone as well as using it again myself.

Replacement of multi quick

I had WeFix back today (Ricky Bolt) to change a multiquick on the back of the toilet which was identified at the previous visit. Ricky turned up exactly on time, no fuss again, professional and friendly. Work completed and once again satisfied and highly recommended

Replacing kitchen mixer tap

My kitchen mixer tap needed replacing. I contacted WeFix London and James Marfleet came to do the work. James came early as requested and did an excellent and professional job.

This is the second time I have used WeFix London and I am impressed by the service and knowledge of this company. I will certainly be using them again.

From booking the service to completion I am so happy to have found Wefix!

From the professionally handled phone call to the amazing quick booking to Lewis arriving well within the time slot it has been an absolute pleasure to find a company and an engineer that are truly excellent. Lewis carried out the job quickly and efficiently, even taking the time to do a quick extra task without hesitation, saving me a huge bill from an alternative company. Hammer noise in gravity fed system

I called out wefix london last week as I had an awful hammer noise coming from water pipes in my bathroom on a gravity fed system I am pleased to say after discussing with Billy he sorted the problem it's the first time I have used wefix london and I would use them again.

Would defo recommend!

Had an issue with my electric shower suddenly not working. Got in touch with WeFix and they were brilliant from start to finish. Quick to respond, turned up when they said they would, and got the problem sorted without any hassle. The engineer was friendly, explained what was wrong, and had it fixed really quickly.

It’s such a relief when something just gets sorted properly – I’d definitely use them again.

I had a burst pipe on Saturday that was leaking into our basement area. We didn’t know where it was coming from. Josh arrived and managed to find the issue behind an upstairs toilet. Josh even removed all the water in the basement and saved our furniture!
