Lots of useful features
Lots of useful features. When asked on the 'app' if you like or don't like; there's an option to make comments if you 'don't like'; but there could be an option for comments if you 'do like'. would be great to have a section to make notes; ex., if one eats differently one day, would be helpful to be able to note why. would be great to have an option to talk to a coach privately. I have a couple questions related to my experience and prefer to talk in private.

Value of WW in my life.
The last time I came back to WW was 15 years ago.
I have lost over 50ib and kept it off. I love the program make more aware of what I eat. The new app with the Macro are great plus everything else it offers. I go to the meeting every week in Brighton, MI. They are invaluable my leader Cathy B and Kim are supportive and alway positive. I alway pick up something I can use at the meeting from fellow members.

Figuring eating weight watchers way is more than I thought it would be
I tracked my points eating the way I always had. And was shocked ! So on day 4 , I am trying really to stay within points. Am finding meal prep is in my future! I really have to remember no snacking .

Better Customer Care Needed
The program is convenient and I really like the dosing and weight tracking. I don’t like the fact that my Care Coordinator is always out of office and therefore, I always have a different person messaging me and the customer service/care is nonexistent.

It is a very easy program to follow
It is a very easy program to follow. I am especially enjoying the virtual classes. I have recently started using a GLP-1 after being on WW over a year and find virtual classes extremely helpful in answering all if my questions. I have lost 59 lbs.

I have attended two meetings since returning and I connected well with my leader Bonnie, receptionist Carol and the group. The leader and receptionist have been so friendly and helpful. I love the updated app.
