I love weight watchers!

I love all the workshops.

Still hate weight watchers. I think they are a scam. If they were actually a good company they wouldn't keep people trapped into a contract that they really cant help the person with.. would never recommend them to anyone

Overall, I like Weight Watchers. The recipes are great, and I like the app. I am not very pleased with the communication from Med+. There are many steps to be completed that I was not informed about. For example. I received my medication, but was never told to go to the check status and acknowledge receipt. This has resulted in a delay in getting my refill. I also was not told that my clinician wouldn't be auto ordering my next month of medication. I will have a gap in medication as a result. I also feel that a lot of the communication with my Med + person is canned language and not from a person actually looking at my account. That's not very helpful or personal.

in all honesty I have not been pleased with the new WW.. I have been a member off and on for decades.
I was really loosing trust with the unorganized new ways of managing clients. And how there are many scattered pieces to this program.
I am still not quite sure what I should be eating...

I was unaware I would be locked in for a year subscription with the MED+

Easy to use, quick response

I am paying for 6 months on Wegovy pill. First, correspondence takes too long with the back and forth to get answers. Second, I have been approved to take the Wegovy pills at $145, but for some reason my paperwork is not sufficient enough for the $50 copay that is now available.why am I approved at the higher price but not at the lower copay? Third, I feel like I spend way too much time checking in on the app. It is just too time consuming.

Could you please help me with my second concern?

Do not fall for their tricks. I wanted to sign up to get a glp 1 they are still reviewing my prescription request after 3 months and they tricked me into enrolling in a year membership. Thats right, I couldn't cancel until July 2027. Didn't even use the app or get the meds and they still charged me for 3 months still after i complained to several people for weeks. Even when u cancel membership on the app they will charge you for a year. What company does that!?

I'm just being with WW almost 30 days I noticed, if you want to talk to a dietician that's extra. I feel like if I have joined WW everything should be included and it shouldn't be no extra. And. alot of your classes should be offered in the afternoon an their not.People do have to work other then that it's ok

Guidance and encouragement in making healthy life choices

The whole process of getting a weight loss medication very easy. Taking with a dietitian is also a plus.

I love how much time and care the care team spends with you. It took awhile for me to get everything together to start my medication, but I am finally starting.

A Further Follow Up to my last TWO WW billing experiences (7/22/2026)
It seems that this disgustingly unprincipled company decided to bill my account yet again, so that is twice now in July in less than a week apart! …even though I was promised by the two customer service reps that June 21 was my last payment. This goes to show that it makes no difference what their apologetic sentiment is on here. Their actions speak louder than their words. It is ALL about the money.

I have been out of Rx since 7/16. I thought it was an auto refill as they do an auto charge for the fees. I was charged 3x for Rx before I received first 30-day supply. I will be traveling out of the US in August and September so I have requested 2-Prescriptions to hold me over for the 6+ weeks. However, I can not get a decent answer. I am about over using WW for my Weight Loss, as it is a very frustrating process.
