I don’t know if Trustpilot has vetted…

I don’t know if Trustpilot has vetted this site for fake reviews but they do not deserve the rating on this site and I am sure they are not real reviews due to my experience.
Order #5505389037 was acknowledged on their website but no email confirmation was sent. Luckily due to previous experience I screen shot the purchase confirmation. No order was delivered to my address. I had ordered two items but neither was delivered. Also I revived zero response or acknowledgement from the company when I contacted them about my outstanding order. I have been completely ignored by weightworld uk when I raised my concerns via their email address ‘info@weightworlduk’. I revived no response after numerous attempts to contact them.
However, they continue to bombard me with their sales emails to purchase further products while they do nothing to produce the products already ordered. I mean the cheek! I did check the reviews on Trustpilot prior to purchasing which makes me think that they are fake reviews due to the zero service I received after paying for very expensive products which they did not deliver. Terrible terrible company. Trustpilot look into the previous reviews for this company on Trustpilot. They do not deserve the 1 star review I provided. It’s a star for merely having a website!

The package have not been deliver

The package have not been deliver. Delivery driver put envelop by my door belong to another address ,take photo and run away, when he hear I am coming to the door.
No money was refunded yet, If until Monday I will not receive my package or money I have to take ligal action against Weight Word.uk to get my money back.

Terrible company with zero morals and retaliation if you speak out

⭐ 1 star – Poor treatment of affiliates and retaliatory behaviour

I was an affiliate for this company through the Club platform and promoted their products to my Instagram audience in good faith. I was offered small incentive payments for leaving a Trustpilot review. In that review, I clearly stated that the products themselves are good, but I also raised concerns about how affiliates are treated.

Following this, the company refused to pay the agreed review incentive and then went on to withhold and refuse several legitimate Club missions, including earnings I had already accrued from advertising their products. This appeared to be direct retaliation for me providing honest, balanced feedback rather than blind praise.

I was also refused ambassador status despite being an established influencer who works with multiple larger brands, not the usual small accounts they typically engage with. Given the timing, it is difficult to see this as anything other than a response to me speaking out.

Additionally, one of my orders was misdelivered and left in a neighbour’s bush, where it was photographed and damaged. While this was an Amazon delivery issue, the company is still responsible for resolving it. I reported this and have yet to receive a response.

In summary:
• Good products
• Very poor treatment of affiliates
• Apparent retaliatory behaviour when concerns are raised
• Lack of accountability regarding delivery issues

Transparency and fair treatment matter. Unfortunately, my experience with this company showed neither.

The product reviews are bogus. If you leave a poor or mediocre review, it doesn't get published. Consequently, every product on the site has 5 stars, which is meaningless.
I know this because I did it, and then emailed customer service to ask why they never published it and they never replied.

Avoid, not pure ingredients

Bought some supplements from this French company, only to read the ingredients and see they have fillers and bulking agents!
I contacted them and asked if I can return them, and as there offices are literally 10 minutes up the road asked if I can drop them off, I was told it's not possible, so I have to pay £5 to send it in post, to the same address 10 minutes away !
For anyone reading this,do yourself a favour, go with a brand that have pure 100% ingredients, No fillers or bulking agents, I would give 0 stars if possible BUYER BEWARE

There is room for some improvement with quality

The good:
Service was reasonably good, no issues with order itself and arrived as advertised.

Competitive price (but I do not mind to pay a bit more for better quality products)

Room for some improvement:

Obviously this is my opinion after some research and I do not claim to be an expert.

Ideally Vitamin D should come in a capsule with oil (as it is fat solvable vitamin) and with vitamin K2 and K1, not only K2.

The best ratio for Magnesium Bisglycinate and active magnesium should be around 11%, but weightworld brand has it as 14% (still better than many brands who have it at 20%+).

because of all baking agents, I rather use capsules with powder and prefer such

Some of their products appear to be complete "hype" money generators, and useless for customer. Like Liposomal NAD+, anything that is advertised as collagen (just another name for what is pretty much the same as protein powder) and all those gummies and multi vitamins.

I tried 10 of their supplements which i thought might give some value to me, some of them are OK-ish quality for good price.

Can you guys make some premium line supplements?

There are a lot of people who do not mind to pay more money for better supplements.

SAV & Scam at Weight World and Amazon

My first order,
February 2025
Having not received a product, I only found out BECAUSE I TAKE THE STEP BY CONTACTING THEM that the product was out of stock.
I was offered two choices: a refund or waiting until the product was back in stock.
I chose option number 1.
It's worth noting that the fact that the customer WASTES TIME CALLING, COMPLAINING, AND EMPATIZING is completely ignored by the person on the other end of the line THAT DAY. She berated me and hung up on me because I was getting angry and crying at the realization that this world is driving people crazy and despises consumers... SHE hung up on me! So, a terrible experience with customer service and this completely disregarded waste of time, etc. The refund process was slow but ultimately successful.

Second experience, December 2025. I bought three Weightworld products (X, Y, and Z) via Amazon.

I received X, X, and Y. NO Z. However, one of the X products was labeled Z with a Z barcode.
Z cost more than twice as much as X.
I spent a lot of time emailing customer service. I made sure it wasn't a chatbot.
They offered me only one solution: a refund (at a lower price than what I paid, since prices vary on Amazon), without taking into account that I would have to pay additional shipping costs by buying Z "for real."

So, no goodwill gesture.

Then I asked to speak to someone on the phone. But since I don't have time, it still hasn't happened.

What also angers me about WeightWorld is that the employee who prepared my order did this: they crudely labeled the packaging of product X with the barcode of product Z. It's blatantly obvious that their goal was simply to avoid any effort and to rip off a customer (like so many others) rather than taking the initiative to inform the customer that the product was out of stock, etc.

It seems that WeightWorld's business strategy isn't to improve, but to rip off as many customers as possible before closing down with their coffers overflowing.

And now, reading that many customers are unhappy with the quality of the products makes you wonder if we're poisoning ourselves.

Me rembourser (un prix de produit moindre que ce que j’ai payé, car les prix varient sur amazone) sans prendre en compte le fait que je vais devoir payer des frais d’envoi supplementaire en achetant Z "pour de vrai".
Bon pas de geste commercial.

Alors je demande à avoir quelqu’un au telephone . Mais vu que je n’ai pas le temps c’est toujours pas fait.

CE QUI ME FACHE CHEZ WEIGHTWORLD AUSSI C’EST LE CONSTAT QUE L’EMPLOYÉ.E QUI PREPARA MA COMMANDE FIT CETTE ACTION = D’ETIQUETER VULGAIREMENT AVEC CODE BARRE D’UN PRODUIT Z PAR DESSUS LE PACKAGING DE X. C’est juste flagrant que le but etait de ne pas se faire chier et de préférer arnaquer un client(comme tant d’autres) plutôt que de prendre une initiative visant à prevenir le client que le produit est en rupture de stock etc. ..

On dirait que la charte commerciale de weightworld n’est pas de s’améliorer, mais d’arnaquer un maximum de clients avant de fermer boutique avec les banques bien garnies.

Et désormais de lire que bcp de clients sont mécontents de la qualité des produits, c’est à se demander si nous nous empoisonnons .?

One of the worse companies I’ve ever dealt with

Wouldn’t recommend at all their products are not pure and their shilajit tastes like nail varnish remover, they also were missing items they tried to replace with cheap coffee they were reluctant on refunding and I had to pay for the postage to send their faulty items back, will never use them again and I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did

Terrible company

They have sent my order to an incorrect address twice and when they finally did get the address right, the order was wrong.

Absolute idiots

If I could give 0 star I would.
Promised 2-3 day delivery. Tracking number does nothing. No information at all. Failed to deliver on time. Failed to help with anything other than refund. Absolutely terrible service ran by idiots.
