I was very excited seeing that they have so many products on black friday at the offer buy one get one free,so ofcourse i didn't even blink and ordered one each with the hope they will come 2 of them. But surprise just received the items but only one each of them,so..no offer as expected which is quite disappointing.

Order was OK, but Alpha Lipoic Acid...

Order was OK, but Alpha Lipoic Acid has some capsules who taste and smell like mold. I asked to Italian customer care but they never came back to me. I am throwing for now the weird ones and take the ones ok, it happened to me before with Montmorency cherry too.

Ordered not fulfilled

I placed an order over a week ago, only received half the order and no communication for the rest. Tracking shows the order has been delivered which is not correct as it’s only half the order. I have been trying to get hold of customer services from past few days and had no luck. Very disappointing.

Disgrace.

Disgrace.

They take your express delivery payment and then deliver whenever they want. Up to a week later usually.

This is the third time I've paid for express delivery and they have not fulfilled it.

They get Amazon UK to do their delivery for them. Amazon then outsource to Royal Mail. For some reason this doesn't allow them to fulfill express delivery.

I ordered on Thursday 13th Nov at 10:15am. As of that evening it was at Milton Keynes. As of today, Sunday, there has been no further update. I'll reiterate - this is the third time in a row (third time isn't a charm and it'll be the last time).

Customer service, if you can get through does not care and they ask you to wait for a few days. They completely miss the point you've asked for a service and they've failed to fulfil it consistently.

Avoid. Buy from a company that cares about customer experience.

I recently received my order of matcha…

I recently received my order of matcha tea, slimming patches, cranberry with vitamin c and apv complex and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. The matcha is lovely, so smooth and extremely versatile. In the short time I've been using WeightWorld supplements and matcha I've felt a noticeable difference in myself, I have alot more energy and I'm starting to feel healthy again.
All their products are reasonably priced too which I'm really surprised by as the quality is second to none. Both orders I've had arrived within a couple of days and were well packaged.

I love these capsules

Very poor experience overall

Very poor experience overall.
Extremely disappointed — first order, and definitely my last.
I was excited to place my first order with WeightWorld, but it’s been nothing short of disappointing.
The “free product” from the September promotion (Vitamin B12) was missing from my order, and despite multiple emails and promises of a quick resolution, I’ve had no reply or update for weeks.
To make matters worse, the discount code for first-time customers didn’t work properly at checkout, and I only found out afterward that it couldn’t be combined with another offer — something that was not clearly stated on the website.

Customer service responses have been slow and generic, showing little effort to actually fix the problem. For a large company, I expected much better transparency and communication.

Second review :
The fact that you are now claiming you “can’t locate my order” after five emails back and forth shows exactly why your customer service feels chaotic and unhelpful.

For clarity once again:

Your explanation about discounts is irrelevant at this point — my complaint was never about stacking discounts. My complaint is about:
A missing promotional item that was clearly advertised and influenced my purchase.

Now being told you “can’t find my order,” despite me providing the details repeatedly.

This is not acceptable for a company of your size. A customer should not have to chase a simple issue for this long.

Purchased items are not received

I have ordered twice from this company. The first transaction went well and I got the items which were fine. Recently we ordered five items from them but we never received them. The company used Amazon to deliver the package and they left it outside the house without any cover. Anyone could have taken it from the street. How could a delivery person leave the package exposed like this without being handed over to someone or sign? We suspect the package was taken away or stolen. We are still communicating with Weightworld but the progress is very slow and they didn’t keep us informed on a regular basis. It’s rather frustrating!

They don't deliver and they don't refund

I will give them no stars if it was possible.
I order two products in June and every time I was requesting an update they said that the product was out of stock but now was back on stock and they will ship it. It was like that for 4 months. They when I asked for a refund, they say the refund was processed and that probably was my bank. Finally they only refund me half of my purchase...the whole experience with them is just Kafkian

Misleading offers

I am yet to see if their products are providing any benefit, but it is a great disappointment to see their offers being misleading. I received a notification of their B1G1 free offer. I purchased 2 bottles of some supplements but after I placed the order I noticed their website applied the discount against the cheaper items. I immediately left a message to either adjust the discount or cancel the order as there is no option to cancel it after the order is placed. Frustratingly I didn't receive any response and 2 days later I got another notification that the order is dispatched. I sent another email but only response I received is that the discount is applied correctly despite I arguing that nowhere on the website it is visibly mentioned the discount is against the cheaper item, but probably they don't care!
