Took 1 month to get the book and charge subscription never used.
Took 1 month to get the book, got charged for app I didn’t know was a monthly subscription and got charged. No refund offered when cancelled immediately after charge was made. Never used app and never downloaded or logged into app. Seems deceitful to charge for this app if customer never used or even activated account. Book costs at least $100 aud, then you would need to buy the hardcover for an extra $40 aud.. overall not worth the price. Won’t be recommending to friends or family unfortunately. Regretful purchase.

The baby book that they provided was great; the bundle I was charged for a year later that they would not refund when I immediately requested a refund was not great. Be careful what you sign up for—you will not get your money back.
