Sarah and Jenna were beyond helpful…

Sarah and Jenna were beyond helpful today and very patient and understanding. They both explained everything they were doing and took their time when examining and checking over everything. Excellent service. I would recommend connect eyecare.

Gary Wilson's customer service was…

Gary Wilson's customer service was outstanding as regards dealing with a problem with my mother's new glasses which were unsuitable for her. Thanks to Gary after my intervention Gary kindly arranged for my mother to keep her current expensive frames and put new lenses into
them. This was carried out in a timely
manner and Gary arranged for my mother's glasses to be collected via Courier who safely delivered my mother's glasses to
their care. The after service was
outstanding from Gary and my mother was
able to keep the beautiful glasses that both
myself and my partner bought my mother
which hold sentimental value.

What a great service, lovely team -
5 Stars without a doubt.
I had my eye test last week, I was well looked after by Anne Marie and Sarah, made to feel relaxed and comfortable during the eye test and they were very helpful in assisting me to pick out my new specs!
Then very quickly, just a few days later my new specs are ready for use; thanks to Jenni, keeping me updated and arranging swift delivery of my new glasses!
Fantastic service from start to finish!

First Class Service

Connect Eyecare always offer a first class service. The team are always patient, kind and very understanding of the specific needs of our residents. They always make sure the residents feel comfortable throughout. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend.

Great Communication and Service.

Great. Communication and service from Connect Eye Care. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and professional, making customers/residents feel comfortable and reassured during the eye test/glasses fitting process.
They also offer a repair service too, responding quickly to a request for repair.

She fixed our residents glasses and returned them promptly

The residents enjoy going for the eye tests

The residents enjoy going for the eye tests due to the fact the eye pod makes it feel like they are visiting the opticians. The service the staff provide is caring and they take the time to know the residents and are very supportive towards our own staff, the after care is excellent and any breakages are dealt with in a timely manner. We are glad we changed service provider.

We have been using Connect Eyecare for…

We have been using Connect Eyecare for some time. We always find them to be professional and friendly. They are all well organized and give us plenty notice when we are due an Eye Clinic. The pop up shop provides the feeling of attending an outside optician for our residents.

We’ve had a great experience working…

We’ve had a great experience working with Connect Eyecare. Their mobile eyePOD is a fantastic setup, clean, well-equipped, and designed to provide a “high street optician” feel right within the care home. Their team takes the time to get to know our residents individually, which helps put everyone at ease during their assessments.
They’ve worked in excellent collaboration with our staff, particularly during the most recent clinic held in July, and were highly organised and respectful in their approach. Communication with the team has been excellent, they’re always responsive to any queries or requests, often getting back to us within the same day. We’ve also appreciated their quick turnaround when it comes to repairs on more than one occasion, they’ve come out promptly to fix residents’ glasses when called.
Their service is person-centred, professional, and a valuable support to our ongoing care for residents' eye health.

It took months!

It took months to fulfil our order. There was apparently an outstanding payment issue that I was unaware of. I made a phone call to find out what was happening but did not receive an informative response. There were technical issues too. I am still no wiser in regard to that. This was all complicated by the fact that my Mother suffers from moderate dementia. So she has no recollection as to what has or has not occurred. This renders, you the optician, the primary source of information which most certainly was not available. My Mother is pleased with her new glasses.

I work in a Carehome’s in Erskine and…

I work in a Carehome’s in Erskine and these guys come in to do residents eye care , I lost my glasses and went to connect eye care and they were so helpful and friendly , got my new glasses delivered to carehome on 19th August 2025 and was so grateful to Jennifer for delivering them , great bunch of guys up at their office in polmadie, thank you so much to Gary and the team

Positive Experience

We had our first clinic for our Care Home Residents on the 14/08/2025.
We were blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail and quality of the service.
Our residents have been left feeling very excited and happy to receive their new glasses. They really did feel as though they had been to an actual high street optician and were blown away by the choices they were able to make. Person Centred Optician care at its very best.

A real professional approach

A real professional approach - from first contact to final fitting of the new glasses the Connect Eyecare team make you feel that you are the only client they are dealing with.
