The team at Connect Eyecare are great at what they do and this is why we continue to trust them with our eyecare.

Both myself and my wife are always impressed with the professionalism and quality of their care. I should also say there is always lots of smiles and fun every time we visits which makes us feel relaxed and comfortable.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, there’s no pressure to buy the most expensive glasses or attempts to upsell lots of add on’s. Just genuine advice and great products.

Connect Eyecare have impressed me so much, from start to finish - and beyond!
It was the care home provider - where my mother resides, suffering from Alzheimer's - who introduced us to Connect Eyecare. The initial examination was organised through the care home, and despite mum not being overly cooperative they were able to identify her prescription requirements, in I understand, a very caring compassionate manner.

It was important that I was there for the fitting - to reassure mum - and living 500 miles away, it needed to be coordinated. No problem for Connect Eyecare! A date was agreed, and delivered on - no delays or cancellations, therefore no wasted journey. (You could say they put the "Connect" in Connect Eyecare too!) The lady who did the fitting was so kind and caring, she put mum at ease straight away.

A few months later (hence the "and beyond" at the start of this review) the glasses appear to have been sat on - they were certainly bent out of shape. I phoned Connect Eyecare and they arranged to get someone out to the care home within 3 days! Glasses repaired. Plus a second pair selected as backup - the purchase of which was seamless too, having all the information on file.

In a country where so many companies can let you down, it's great to see that Connect Eyecare buck the trend. Every dealing our family have had with them from sales, to support, has been smooth, efficient, and above all caring.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and I hope they continue to do well based on the outstanding level of service they deliver.

Very impressed, great communications with me, and incredibly quick service once I sent through the payment, my mum in a care home 400 miles away had two pairs of new glasses fitted and checked thoroughly within two days! They also checked her for any underlying conditions and are handling a referral for a follow-up with the NHS for something else.

Sarah and Ann-Marie visited our care home today to do eye tests on several of our residents. They are very efficient and professional and well liked by our residents they interact well with them making them feel comfortable.

The service provided by Connect Eyewear has been outstanding. Scott fully explained the process and was kind and gentle with my mother. The fitting and follow up service again was excellent. Five stars is not enough.

Amazing service for mum who recently moved into a nursing home. Eye test done with great care and speedy turnaround and communications throughout. Sarah called ahead of today's visit to fit mums new specs to allow me to attend. Arrived as planned and again, caring and respectful at all times with mum. Sarah is a delight and made mum feel very at ease and is MORE than happy with her new glasses. Many thanks

Utterly disgusted at the so called service from this company. My mother's glasses were apparently ready by the 26th June. She is still waiting on them. After a complaint by my brother, the promised the glasses would be delivered by next day courier. She is STILL waiting. My mother is in a care home. And 1 of the very few things she has left to enjoy, is her sight/reading a card someone has sent. Sending a card. Reading a little of the paper. We, as a family , are DISGUSTED by your lack of empathy and empty promises
