Unfortunately, from time to time, items can become damaged or separated whilst in transit. As soon as the issue was reported to our Customer Service team, a replacement was arranged and dispatched as quickly as possible to minimise any further delay.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by having to wait an additional three days for the replacement to arrive. While issues such as these are thankfully uncommon, we understand the frustration they can cause.

Having reviewed your order, we'd like to clarify a few points. Prior to delivery, our records show that a text message was sent to the mobile number provided on your order the day before delivery. This included your delivery date, estimated time slot, and a tracking link so you could monitor the progress of the delivery.

When our driver arrived at the delivery address, unfortunately there was no one available to receive the goods, and our records show there was no answer when the contact number provided was called. The tracking information was subsequently updated to advise that the delivery had been unsuccessful.

As outlined in our delivery terms and conditions, failed deliveries may incur additional charges due to the costs involved in attempting the delivery. These charges are advised before purchase.

Once you contacted our Customer Service team, we reviewed the situation and, as a gesture of goodwill, arranged for replacement shower trays to be dispatched without applying the additional delivery costs that would ordinarily be applicable. We can see that these are due to arrive within the next 48 hours.

We're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, as this is never our intention. We appreciate your feedback and hope the above helps explain the sequence of events. We remain committed to providing the best service possible and hope the replacement delivery restores some confidence in our service.
