If you are thinking about purchasing from WLD, then strongly advise that you do not.

100% scam - rubbish item received, no info with it and non-responsive to eMails.

GOOD NEWS! if you paid by CreditCard, go for a Chargeback /s75 from your card-issuer. It's a bit of a faff and takes a few weeks, but worth doing it - I received my CC refund in full last week.

I also reported WLDSS to ActionFraud, but not sure if that will come to anything.

Ordered the rotating shelve unit after seeing it advertised on Facebook. After six weeks and two unanswered emails decided to look at reviews.
It is obviously a scam and I have lost £30.
I think it is time Facebook was held accountable for allowing these scammers to advertise on their site.

I ordered a birthday present for my son on 11th march I still haven't received it! I emailed 3weeks ago and a Shelly replied but heard nothing since. I have sent 2 messages and further emails nothing! Your customer service is shocking but you were quick to take my money, not a happy customer this is twice I have been had through FB adverts!!!!!

This company doesn’t deserve a rating! 3 tier rotating shelves ordered & received miniature plastic shelving that don’t even stand up! To return to CHINA!!! Would cost in postage nearly £13.00. Out of pocket & furious with myself for being suckered into what is a scam. Beware people.

In 'dispute' with them and credit card / bank over mis representation.

To cap it all they We Love Discounts want me to pay for the bust & wrongly delivered stuff to be returned to China!!

I ordered a black metal five tier rotating shelf unit and paid just under £30. They sent a green two tier non-rotating shelf which could be purchased for less than £3.00 in any hardware shop. I asked for it to be changed and they said I had to return it using a track and trace service to an address in China which would have cost more than the item. In my opinion this is a scam company which cheats it customers mercilessly. I totally agree with all the other customers who recommend that you do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered rotating shelves, received a 20cm by 20cm piece of plastic, that would cost no more than 50p from a pound store. They were very unhelpful when I contacted them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER ITS A SCAM. Have noticed they are now selling different items and can’t find the shelving on their website.

Well the other reviews says it all. 100% scam. My 90 year old mum ordered her fabulous vegetable holder only to receive a grey plastic six inch x three inch piece of perforated plastic that’s too small to hold a pencil. Asking for refund waste of time. Rip off merchant selling Chinese junk. If trading standards were doing their job these robbers would be closed down.

If I could score a zero, believe me I would. Like other shoppers, I haven't received my order, get generic emails back stating delivery would be between 5 to 30 days. I am now over 40 days and still waiting.
