As others have said. I also ordered the rotating stack and also got the a small plastic little doll size shelve approximately 11 cm sqare. Complained to them but totally ignored. I have gone through my bank and they are getting my money back for me so would suggest you do the same.

I placed an order for this item (rotating shelf) on 28.02.21. I AM STILL AWAITING THE DELIVERY ( 05.04.21 over 5 weeks), I FEEL THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS, RELIABLE TO PLACE ANY ORDER WITH. FUNDS FOR THIS ITEM WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 01.3.21. COMMUNICATION IS BAD AND DELIVERY IS WORSE. AVOID THE SITE".

I have been waiting for my order for a very long time I am more than sure these people are scamming customers they don't get back to you I'm going to take this matter further because I know I'm not the only one and they are taking a lot of people's money and we get nothing back

Complained to them but totally ignored... SCAMMERS ... Get your money back , speak to your bank and ask them to report them for investigation. They should be legally persecuted and fined. Imagine how much money they are stealing from us .. £28/29 for each person - UK buyers go to the met police website search for Online shopping ... They give you advise on how to report etc,,, Hope people will bother to do so ... All others you must have the equivalent in your Country ...

I placed an order for a rotating stand clearly said it was but one get one free paid £28 and got a piece of plastic tried getting into contact with company, they want me to return the item to China using my expenses while I paid for delivery of my item. I paid to be for quick delivery, it took like 2month.. scammers...

I experienced exactly what everyone experienced. IT IS A SCAM. Ordered a rotating shelf got a plastic 15 cm rack. Multiple emails respond with nonsense.
Feel so angry for being conned. It was advertised on duolingo so thought it was legit.
DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They take your money and run.

I bought this so called rotating shelf unit on the 8th March and received, like others, 4 bits of cheap plastic. No delivery note, no indication of where to send returns or how to get your money back. What a con!
I am kicking myself for not checking the real cost of the sort of shelf they are advertising. I suppose £ 24.95 would be too good to be true.

SCAM Like all the other commevts. When you order and what you receive are two different things. It was a cheap piece of plastic I wouldn’t have paid a £1 for.

Ordered an Aerocart wheelbarrow and received a child’s plastic shopping trolley. Contacted company who said they would provide a full refund IF I returned the plastic toy by tracked postage to China. Asked them to provide a paid label to ship back the incorrect item they sent me, and never heard from them again. Have informed my credit card company, who are investigating further. Also reported to Fraud UK. Advice given was NOT to pay shipping to China as unlikely to receive a refund anyway. Also, if company sent an incorrect item it is their responsibility to pay for it to be returned.
Definitely a scam, given comments left by others. DO NOT USE!

Like other reviewers this is a scam. I received plastic shelving that I wouldn’t buy for £1. Absolutely disgusting. I did hesitate placing the order as they don’t use PayPal but took a chance. Never again, I wish I had checked the reviews before I placed the order

Absolutely fuming, fraudsters! Do not buy, got sent 4 peices of plastic that makes tiny basket that looks like i made it at home took £25.95 I thought it was legit as it was on an insta ad never again, fuming with insta aswell for allowing these fraudsters to scam people

Just the same as all other reviews. Received 4 plastic pieces about 8x5 inches. Paid £29.95 for the 5 tier rotating shelf unit plus 1 free. Been scammed and having read the other reviews no chance of getting money back. Only gave it 1 star so I could get to write this review. Feel so stupid!!!

Bunch of thieving crooks....as per post below, i ordered a 5 tier rack at a bargain price and received a broken 20cm paper plastic tray! WTH!!!! So gutted that I can’t track these crooks down and have them shut down! Flipping fraudsters!

You blinking scammers took £25.95 from me, advertising on Facebook a large tired round storage rack.
I bought the 4 tier storage rack, today received a small grey plastic tray barely 20cms in width.
It's a scam, I plan to call my bank first thing to stop these effers from accessing my account.
Never TRUST Facebook, they obviously don't do full research on Companies that advertise on their site.
