Omg I can't believe I fell for this site... I ordered the rotating storage shelf and yes I received plastic. I am so angry with myself. I'm usually so good and check before so wish I did this time.. Stay away from this site its a scam...

I ordered a rotating shelf (buy one get one free) for £29.95 and received 4 pieces of small plastic rectangles - no resemblance at all to the product I ordered. The package arrived with no from address or invoice. Complete scam. Stay away!

I bought a 5 tier Rotating ve rack in black metal. I received a plastic piece of crap. No invoice nothing. I payed £29.99 for something worth maybe £2.99 tops. Reported to fraud watch.

I have done the same as all these reviews. Ordered an expanding stand with 3 shelves and they sent a metal square THING!! no use at all. We have got to stop these people in China scamming us.

This company is a scam and honestly they are disgusting.

I would advise everyone to avoid them.

It seems to be the case of the same as everyone else ordered 5 tier rack and received some 4 piece glorfied rack approx 7" tall and about as big enough to put 2 large potatoes on if your lucky, clearly a well organised scam and on a big scale reading here. They will not answer emails once you receive the crap they send, surely there must be somewhere all of us on here can go to get some this done about these people and to stop it happening to others?

Unfortunately, same story as everyone else, order the rotating shelves and got useless plastic. I've reported to my bank and action fraud, hopefully we'll be able to claim our money back and people will know not to buy from these scammers

This terribble company send me plastic 2 tier vegatable shelf i gave black metal 5 shelf round basket but they send me miniature basket ile paid 29.99 this company is fakethey getting money but they not sending real things dont beleive them

Much the same as everyone else on here. Ordered a rotating 3 shelf vegetable rack and received 4 bits of grey plastic. Nothing like what I ordered and definitely not worth £25.95 paid. Not worth a fraction to be honest. Worthless tat!!! Am not prepared to fund cost of returning it to China so putting it down to experience although will report to action fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Wish I could have read all the bad reviews before I ordered a rotating veg rack plus one free got 4 pieces of plastic delivered today will email and let bank sort it out

SCAMMER THIEVES AND CHEATS

I ordered TWO tower storage units waist height, black metal, with revolving shelves. What arrived was an 8 inch high and wide plastic shelf, broken in 5 places. They deliberately send utter rubbish and defraud you out of good money for tat. Their adverts are completely false. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

Total charlatans, a classic example of 'If something seems too good to be true, it usually is" Everything is priced at £25.95 or £29.95 you will be lucky if you get a worthless useless item nothing like the item described. They claim more than 22,000 positive reviews, on checking out the photos on the review page they are stock photos found on the net, certainly not real people. They do not refund special offers, everything that they sell is a special offer! The garbage that they will send you appears to be sent to a UK depot where it is relabeled for delivery by Hermes, their label covers the original one which I suspect is Chinese, returns should be sent to the address covered by the new label, perhaps just as well as given that their returns policy drives a coach and horses through UK consumer regulations, it is more than likely that attempting to return at your cost will be simply be throwing good money after bad.

Wrong product delivered - I got a cheap plastic toy trolley instead of my £25.95 multi-purpose wheelbarrow/cart. They told me to return it to China (at my cost) and didn't respond to my refund request. SCAM, reported to ActionFraud

Zero Stars -Scam DO NOT buy from this company.

Ordered rotating shelving system on 5th March paid for tracking. Not able to use tracking app, send email and received response from a Shelly S/MVI Shop, who apologised for the tracking service not being available at the moment and assure me that it will arrive soon.

Yesterday I received a A4 package with 4 pieces of plastic. Scammed, taking it up with my credit card company.

Im writing this review not as a buyer as a company based in Bolton England

This company has caused our small local Bolton based company no end of hassle.

We sell baby products and we are called WE LOVE DEALS

Because we are a well established company when customers of this company realise they have been scammed by a low life company, they contact whoever they can to get this resolved.

The whoever inevitably ends up being us as our company name shares such a similar name that we get calls none stop from frustrated customers of your company.

Today we received a 1 star review on our trust pilot page by a confused customer who has clearly been scammed by your company, now this isnt just taking our time to deal with issues from customer that are not ours, but its hurting a small family run business that's already struggling due to covid and our closed UK retail stores.

I recommend everyone on here please please report them to SHOPIFY who hosts there website, please report them to action fraud here in the UK

Please help us to help remove this horrible company, as its effecting our small baby shop in bolton and hurting our business due to its very similar name.

Similar to a review already written .. I ordered a RotatingShelf(TM) vegetable rack on March 2, when this company was quite new, but instead received a poxy little grey plastic thing that has a crack in it.
What peeves me is I checked out what I could about the company before placing my order and all seemed good .. as I'm always reluctant to pay be card.
Moral of the story is I won't ever pay for goods by card to a company that's not been recommended to me directly & especially if that company doesn't have a PayPal link or similar .. my preferred way to pay for goods.
I've emailed this company through the website but no response as yet .. just an automated reply. Also emailed direct from my email app.
My bank is dealing with this now. Wish there was a bigger penalty for scammers & that they could be cyber tracked :-(

Unbelievably I've had a reply from this company.
They gave not acknowledged I received the wrong item to what I ordered.
As well it seems I must pay return postage & they ask for an invoice, unremoved tags etc to be included with the package .. there were no tags attached with the item and there's no invoice with the package, otherwise I won't be issued a refund.
Seems I can't win this one!!

I got scammed too haha. 64eur for a piece of plastic, not what I ordered.
I will see them in court as in france there are a lot of customer association and protection.
