Annual blood test for three years
I have been getting my bloodwork done annually for the last three years, i like the doctors feedback but I would like to get the same test done every year but the titles of the test keeps getting changed, different name, different price....annoying.

For the relatively large price tag
For the relatively large price tag, it would be good to get a phone consultation with the doctor to talk through the results like OneLab does. Otherwise the report is really useful and comprehensive.

Consultation and advice after testing with our doctors are unfortunately not included in our service. Werlabs' blood tests do not replace a doctor consultation. If you feel that you may need to see a doctor, you should seek medical care as you would without having received any information from tests done with Werlabs. However, you have the option to print out your test results from your digital health journal and bring them to your healthcare provider.

Doctor's results stating the obvious, but smooth process,
Smooth process with booking the appointment, visiting the clinic and receiving the results. However, the interpretation of the results by the doctors (I have done the tests two consecutive years) are just stating the obvious.

Charged me twice
Charged me twice! When I contacted them they gave no help whatsoever. Speak to Klarna was their response! Still on going issue! So a lot of administrative work for me.
Even when Klarna respond there is nothing we can do, it's Werlabs that must correct the issue.... I'm still waiting to get it resolved! Catch 22, Werlabs not taking responsibility!

The tests and testing location was good, results came in fast, but I am not so sure about the doctor interpretation. I had lower than normal eGFR at 3 tests and instead of being recommended to check with a doctor I am still told it might be normal and I should redo the tests in 3-6M. I think if last 3 years 3 tests show the same is pretty obvious that more investigations might be needed and is not just a normal variation.

It is normal to experience a small clot or bruise after venipuncture. To prevent bruising next time, we recommend keeping your arm straight after the blood draw and avoiding bending it. Ideally, you should stretch it straight up. Additionally, applying gentle pressure to the puncture site can help minimize the risk.

Fast results and detailed. Includes a nice assessment by a doctor. Way more covenkent for regular checkups (if you’re not exactly sick) than trying to go to regular healthcare.
