I recently had a disappointing experience with Werlabs . I gave a blood sample not just once, but three times, yet I still haven’t received my complete results. Despite multiple follow-ups, I haven’t been given a clear explanation for the delay, which has been frustrating and inconvenient.
I expected more professionalism and timely communication from a healthcare provider, especially when it comes to something as important as medical test results. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the reliability of this lab.
I hope they improve their service in the future, but I’m currently very dissatisfied and would hesitate to use or recommend their services again

My only complaint is that the PDF analysis does not translate to English. I can understand the doctor's comments (and the possible liability of translation), but the rest of the information is just some generic text and should be easily doable.

Great way to do blood tests
Easy to book and to do the tests. The results came very fast and with a doctor review, which was really complete and good. All exams have explanations and it is quite helpful to understand the figures.

Avoid Werlabs
Due to illness and the associated effects of antibiotics on my blood composition, I could not book an appointment within 3 months of purchase so I asked for the links to be renewed to book a blood sampling. My request was refused. I understand if this was a physical product or if I failed to show up to a booked time, but how can a company keep 100% of a service they have not incurred direct costs on?
Avoid this company at all costs and read the fine print!
