transfer would be completed “in minutes,” but after I made the transaction, it stayed pending with no explanation.
When I contacted customer service for help, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they coldly told me the transfer would now take 2 days, something that should have been clearly stated before taking my money.
To make things even worse, they cancelled the transaction very rudely without any proper discussion or attempt to help. The whole experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
Very misleading service and extremely poor customer support. If you promise instant transfers, then either deliver them or be honest upfront. Treating customers this way is completely unacceptable.
