Would Recommend!

We've been with WeTravel for 5 years and have had a good overall experience with the trip planner and payment solutions being the main reasons we use it. Our account manager is very responsive and a big help. WeTravel also innovates given customer needs, as they send surveys and organize video calls to receive feedback. Their online summits that bring extra value to the travel community as also a plus!

Wetravel is probably a good site for many people. But it is not good for me. When something goes well, it always starts to sag. It takes payments, rejects them, sells memberships to use the panel, and when it starts taking payments, it creates a lot of problems. There was a problem with Sepa payments, I closed Sepa payments. Although the card payments were successful, they were not transferred to my account. I still used my means to make a tour. I am personally in contact with customers. Although the customer did not object, he returned the payments I received. The expenses went out of my pocket, my total loss was 55 thousand USD, and my programs and tours were interrupted. I am both complaining and want my grievance to be resolved.

The platform is very intuitive and easy…

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. While also being incredibly sophisticated in all it allows us to offer our client. On the client side we have found that the experience is fluid and self explanatory.
The best of all has been the costumer service. We have felt accompanied during the learning process at all times.

High recommendations from me, WeTravel have helped transform my business over the last 2 years. It's very easy to use, I love the functions of the dashboard and being able to see where my leads are coming from. The staff are great especially my account manager Makenna. Amazing CRM system and staff who care

I'm a blogger at onestep4ward.com, I run group trips to the most difficult countries in the world (Congo, Central African Republic, Iraq, Turkmenistan etc) and WeTravel revolutionised my CRM.

My life is a mess, and the trip admin also was. Now my life is still a mess, but at least my trips are organised infinitely better!

Also, their staff are epic. And their customer service, when you need help, is TIP TOP. Unrivalled.

Best CRM for group tour operators

I cannot overstate how much I love using WeTravel to manage my tourism business. I'm a one-person company; subscribing to and implementing WeTravel to manage guest registration has saved me hundreds of hours of time and improved the experience on clients' ends.
