We've been with WeTravel for 5 years and have had a good overall experience with the trip planner and payment solutions being the main reasons we use it. Our account manager is very responsive and a big help. WeTravel also innovates given customer needs, as they send surveys and organize video calls to receive feedback. Their online summits that bring extra value to the travel community as also a plus!

Wetravel is probably a good site for many people. But it is not good for me. When something goes well, it always starts to sag. It takes payments, rejects them, sells memberships to use the panel, and when it starts taking payments, it creates a lot of problems. There was a problem with Sepa payments, I closed Sepa payments. Although the card payments were successful, they were not transferred to my account. I still used my means to make a tour. I am personally in contact with customers. Although the customer did not object, he returned the payments I received. The expenses went out of my pocket, my total loss was 55 thousand USD, and my programs and tours were interrupted. I am both complaining and want my grievance to be resolved.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. While also being incredibly sophisticated in all it allows us to offer our client. On the client side we have found that the experience is fluid and self explanatory.
The best of all has been the costumer service. We have felt accompanied during the learning process at all times.
