My mum-in-law wanted a specific style of mantel clock for her 80th birthday and we looked at every appropriate store in Manchester, without success. Finally we searched on-line and came across "Wheesh.com", We were delighted with the range of styles, the friendly and helpful customer service and the delivery, which were all faultless. Best of all, the recipient was absolutely thrilled to bits with her prezzy!

Prior to ordering I sent an email enquiry to which I had no response. I nearly did not buy the radio clock from them on this basis, however as they were one of few companies selling this clock, I decided to buy. The clock arrived within time specified, and it works and looks great ( only had it for 4 days). I am concerned though that if I had to contact customer services, not sure what sort of response I would get. Let's hope that I don't have to

Ordered some ceramic kitchen knives from Wheesh and wasn't expecting the delivery that quickly, but they were here really quickly, very well packaged and I'm very impressed with this Company's service. I'll definitely use them again.

I am alway cautious when using a new company to my self on the internet, but I have to say I found the whole experience of using Wheesh .com more than excellent in ease of use of the website and prompt delivery of goods.

Bought Gaggia descaler as an urgent purchase, lost spare remaining bottle in untidy kitchen. Delivered over weekend and now machine back in operation - relieved and relaxed family now they have coffee fix. Fast efficient service meeting urgency of the situation.

I loved the fact that a direct line phone number is available which I used to check progress of my order. You get the impression that this company know each order individually and one person sees it thru from the initial order to dispatch. Regular email updates where also a plus. They were great and speedily sent my item which I had previously ordered from another company....who had not sent both items as ordered....by the time it arrived there were no more sewing boxes....I have 2 granddaughters and needed 2! Thankfully wheesh saved the day and had the sewing box....which quickly arrived....now the girls can enjoy their Christmas Presents!!

They sent out the wrong boxes to start with, but after contacting the company the next day I had the right ones, I rate this Company 10 out of 10 as I wanted them the following day for a birthday present. Well done wheesh I shall certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
