Comfort level is 10+ stars!!!

I gave 3 stars before because of delivery taking so long not knowing what the issue was but when I tell you I received my order and the comfort of the lenses is a 10 star value! I'm definitely ordering again!!!!!

I will never order s*** from this so called “company” SCAM

I will never order s*** from this so called company it’s bs! I have not received an email, a refund, a tracking number or MY CONTACTS! I will be contacting my bank on this scam!

I ordered mid January

I ordered mid January, and i am just now getting an email about this? this is a load of bs. it has been 4 months since i placed my order and you took the money. I will not recommend this site to anyone.

Hi! Thank you so much for your review and we are really sorry for all the inconvenience. Our store was closed for several months because of covid and we tried to ship most of the orders and refunded the rest of them. Your package might be lost during shipping and since we were closed, we couldn't track it or get your email.
We are really sorry for all the inconvenience we've brought you and since now we are opening the store again, we would like to make up to you by either giving you a refund or sending you your order with double lenses. I placed an order

I placed an order. 2 pairs of contacts and a case. I paid and everything back in February and never got them. Then I got an email from y'all saying the website was no longer operational. Y'all stole my money. Horrible service. I didn't even get a refund.

No items and no refund. SCAM!!

The company stopped sending shipments a few days after I made an order. I emailed, asking when it would be sent out and if I would get a refund if it didn’t. It took them months to reply and they basically said I’m s*** out of luck. I won’t be getting my items or my money back. Scam scam scam!! Don’t make the mistake I did!!

Ordered and waited for months

Ordered and waited for months. Turned out they cant send it to my country. Instead of writing me an email about it and giving me a refund, i had to contact them myself. After months of waiting and finally writing to them, they tell me they cant ship it to my country and said theyre gonna give me a refund which i still haven't got. Would not reccomend this site.

Don’t throw your money in the trash!!!!!!

The product I ordered was never received. It’s been at least two or three months since I placed the ordered. I requested a refund about a month ago and still haven’t received that either. I have not heard anything from the company since I got confirmation of the order being placed. Keep your money. Don’t order from this company, unless you have plenty of money to throw away.

Awful.

Ordered in February - it is now May 5th. Never received my order. I've tried contacting via email, DMs, etc. and have heard nothing back. This company is a scam, do not order from them. Order from TTDeye or HoneyColour.

Late late late late delivery

I ordered my stuff three months ago, then when I returned to website, it says that they are close because covid. I totally understand that, but, I ordered it at the least 4weeks ago before you guys mentioned that! I send out three email and you guys only reply the first one. Now, I can’t even see any shifting information.

Poor communication

We ordered and were given an expected ship date of 2 weeks. We never received an order confirmation via email, so all I had was my PayPal receipt. 10 days after our order, the website showed it was shut down due to COVID, but we were advised to email them for order status.

I sent 2 emails: 2/26 & 3/10, and never received any response. Our order arrived around 3/20.

!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Beware!!!! I ordered a big amount of lenses and according to their website and email they received the order and processed it. But I never got a shipping email oder tracking Information! After 2 month of waiting I asked the customer service but never got a reply! By now i sent many more emails to the customer service and even wrote them on instagram but no reaction!!!!!! Lost money and time!
