The product finally arrive. It took a while but arrived in perfect condition and my husband loves the whisky decanter. Customer service was very good and tracked the product. You have to be patient when ordering. I won't hesitate ordering again.

Excellent product. This decanter is functional and beautiful. When I mistakenly thought there was a mistake Shaini responded the same day with a practical solution. Turns out there was no issue. However customer service response was fantastic. The decanter is well designed. It is an excellent product.

The customer service was patient, helpful, cooperative and so kind. This place knows how to treat clients.

Poor quality, did not get my merchandise in the box that is pictured on the site, my decanter was wrapped multiple times in dirty looking, faded bubble wrap. The quality of the glass is so bad I couldn't even give it as a gift! Buyer Beware!!

The product was delivered in pristine co dituon and in a timely manner.will be ordering again.

Took two months for order to arrive. Upon arrival, several items were broken inside even though Fragile shipping and Insurance was purchased. Sent back to exchange and new items arrived in a mold infested box with items again broken inside. Customer representative promised refund and now they have stopped all communications regarding refund. Do not purchase or buy from Whiskira unless you would like to waste time and energy to be upset at the end of the day.

The product is beautiful! Even more beautiful than pictured! Company was amazing to work with when our mailing service delayed the shipping. I will definitely buy from then again!

Quick delivery, good packaging - only minor dents on the actual tumbler boxes.
Lovely whiskey set and really beautiful whiskey tumblers, they feel good and heavy.
The decanter was very lightweight and very beautiful.

It took longer than expected in transit but it did arrive and in excellent condition and Whiskira was very attentive in communication.
Was worried that it would be damaged in transit but Whiskira pack it so well there was no chance of it being damaged.

I purchase item in September and took out insurance. Due to poor packaging glass broke. I provided photo proof and told it will be replaced, however, I keep getting told its on its way, but its been several months and still received nothing. Now they are not responding to my emails.

The reason for 4 stars is only because my Whisky glasses took so long to arrive. But they were very well wrapped and protected and perfect. Very happy but I guess the current COVID problems had a lot to do with speed of arrival.

I purchased 4 glasses from the website after seeing the ad on Facebook. I don't trust Facebook ads in general as most seem to be scams. I found this website on my browser and ordered that way instead. My glasses arrived today after ordering them a month ago and they are exactly what I ordered! They are awesome and I couldn't be happier. Obviously due to covid, shipping and postage here in Australia has been quite delayed, but a month wait is fine by me. I will be ordering more in the future.

The decanter is gorgeous! The ship in the middle of the globe looks less like the ship in the model but overall the product is pretty.
