Once again, easy and simple to order chosen products. Looking forward to when they arrive. Previous buys arrived in pristine condition. Definitely recommend!

Had ordered almost 2 months ago and still nothing. Have been asking for a refund for over a week now and still nothing. They just keep saying “we will get back to you”. Very dodgy! I think I have lost my money.

My friend absolutely loves his decanter and it has pride of place on his shelf. He is very careful who touches it and is always saying to be careful. Best gift we could have given him for his 70th birthday.

The Australia Post delivered it to the incorrect address so it took a lot longer than it should have. After informing Whiskira, they were very quick in assuring me that they were following up on their end. The product arrived intact and very pleased with the purchase.

I did not get a stopper for my decanter is there supposed to be one as I have noticed in picd there is

I ordered for the The Whiskey Lover Premium Set, which consists of a globe decanter and 3 tumbling glasses. I initially received the globe decanter alone (without the glasses). After months of following up, I got delivered the wrong set of glasses.
Moreover the globe decanter is such a flimsy product, the ship inside the decanter broke.

Need to spend more energy to sort a refund for the wrong items received.

My order got sent by 2 times instead of the full goods.and 1 of the glass has broken .with it box not attached properly

I bought the globe whisky decanter for my husband’s birthday, he loved it as it’s unique & something different. The whisky glasses are also very cute! It’s going in the new cellar that he’s doing up !

Not good quality product. Took much longer to arrive than specified delivery time.

I am in South Africa and we don't have the best postal service, but Shaini went out of the way to keep me in the loop and to keep tracking my parcel.
It is going to look magnificent filled with whiskey in the bar
And a good talking piece I am sure

To all who are considering purchasing this item.
I have worked in the glass industry for 35 years of my life. The pictures that are put out by the company definitely captures the eyes, but when I got the item the size was extremely small in comparison to what I was expecting to get. Secondly, the company is putting out false information that the glass is made of crystal which it definitely is NOT. It is made of standard glas that in Sweden is worth about 10$. The worst part is that the company doesn’t do refunds, even though the item that they are selling are not as they are being described on their website.
To summon it all up, if you are considering buying anything from this company you will be gravely disappointed as it is not worth the money.

My package had a broken glass and still am waiting on a replacement

Unfortunately, my decanter arrived broken, but a quick email to Whiskira and I was promised a new one asap. It arrived safe and sound and I'm very pleased with it. Excellent service from Shaini*****

My order arrived with broken ship inside the glass decanter, I advised Whiskira immediately and almost by return received a response.
Two weeks later a new and unbroken replacing arrived.
Excellent service for which please accept my thanks.

I purchased the whiskey decanter and two whiskey glass set for my son for his birthday. I was so happy when it arrived however one of the glasses was smashed. I immediately emailed Shaini and sent her a photo and it didn’t take long for her to reply. Shaini said she would send a replacement glass ASAP to which I have now received.
It did take a little while to come (Austraila) however with the present climate (COVID 19) it was expected.
I want to thank Shaini for her excellent customer service throughout the whole order process.
My son loved his birthday present and it sits pride of place on his shelf next to his pipe collection 😃
