I was Very angry when i realized there aren't any Humans to talk too, hate BOTS, but surprisingly their email response was immediate and problem solved. Excellent service

Great trustable app, money wise and the time provided is great. Along side with all those diffrent fixtures that it provides makes it excellent. I highly recommend for people who want to call abroad, or back home , to use this app. As it comes with stunning surprises.

She gonna ring me and help me again with my second account ending 8889 remove my unknown email and she’s tried to help me with my current email and I am very happy with her but I never expect she gonna call me today again. I’m very very proud of the White Calling Card management member of staff specially this young lady, she called me again today she’s name Catherine and she guide me like my doctor because when I had a lorry crushed me 2019 I’m disabled now my Physiotherapy doctor just like a slowly slowly she guide me with my problem and she helped me everything. I Unfortunately Suffered a Stroke and I am recovering thank the Most High God, I didn't realise how quickly time had gone, and I was attempting to call two of my Aunties abroad, but when I went onto the App there wasn't any credit left on my Account, So called White calling Customer service, and after explaining of my Health condition, Sanna the customer service agent understood my Situation & as a goodwill gesture Credited back my Account, My Rating is 5 Stars.

Review: White Calling used to work flawlessly. The latest update has made it unreliable: calls won’t go through, and support responses are generic and ineffective. Upgrades should improve performance, not remove what already worked. Give us the option to revert to the previous version or deliver a fix that restores call reliability and decent customer service.

I been using white calling app for years and sending card to africa like sudan ,recently it's not working that way and I was in Spain for a week holiday trying to buy credit or send credit or make a call not working at all. Was disappointed I thought it's intentionally but not. It only works in the uk. The customer service doesn't work or nothing just u have to email them or online chat which is automatically responses only Not a person or any. They should have a bit customer service atleast to be able to speak to some one.

I have been buying White Calling cards for a number of years now. They were good and served purpose. At the moment the card is just deducting credit from my card each time I dial a number abroad, even though the call is not connected. This is costing me money. I have tried to call White Calling Card to resolve my issue with a few cards that have deducted credit without connections. There is no customer Service as the customer Services numbers are either disconnected or keeps on saying due to unseen circumstances we cannot answer your call. It seems that they are just ripping me off. I will not be buying White Calling Card anymore.

I several times put on white calling app more than £30 but it didn't work at all. And my money gone. It is not fair. I want to refund my money back. It is awful.

This phone company's email response time was excellent. Use this company's phone cards, I say, because their customer care is second to none.
