Just spoke to Chris on their phone 0330 001 0488, really love their service, they have the upper hand on better deals for customers in terms of tarrif charges, their website was difficult before to top-up but theyve got a new User interface, and i just completed a top-up with ease.

Called Chris at customer service after my mother bought a bundle for a country accidentally. Chris was not only incredibly warm and understanding but he resolved the issue in all of 2 mins. Outstanding customer service. That man deserves a raise.

Avoid
I had very bad experience with White calling card the been charging me 12 pence a minutes instead of 6 pence minutes.
Avoid it because they hide all the other charges in small print.
