Misleading “In Stock” Status, Undisclosed Charges, and Delivery Delays

The service and response time are really not acceptable. The order was placed on 23 January, and despite the items being marked as “in stock,” there was no update until 28 January. On that date, support advised: “Due to the dangerous goods declaration, there is a surcharge to pay of 520 AED if you wish us to ship with our DHL account.”

This Dangerous Goods surcharge was not disclosed during checkout, where Express DHL was the only shipping option available. After paying the additional fee on 28 January, I was informed that dispatch of the batteries which are listed in stock, would only be expected by the end of the following week (expected 06 February). Since then, there has been no further response from support.

Sasha further explained that the they are a Swiss company and operates with multiple warehouses abroad, stating that delivery times for items marked as “in stock” may vary between 1–10 working days, as the goods must first arrive at their main office before being shipped via DHL Express. This clarification was only provided after the order was placed and payment was made, and it contradicts the reasonable expectation that “in stock” items are ready for immediate dispatch.

Overall, delivery timelines are unclear, additional charges are not transparently communicated at checkout, and customer support response times are extremely slow even during weekdays.

Upon receiving your order, we identified that it contained batteries, which require special packaging and shipment via DHL in accordance with transport regulations. For this reason, we offered you the option to either proceed with the order by covering the courier surcharge or to cancel it.

Once the payment was completed, we reiterated our terms and conditions, which you accepted, including that shipping times may vary between 1 and 10 business days. Your order is therefore being processed in line with these standard shipping timelines.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE - DO NOT Order if you require the items to be delivered within the timeframe stated when placing an order. I paid £170 for delivery within 7-10 Business days. I am now on 14 Business days waiting and just been told by customer service chat that it has not yet left the warehouse and I should have contacted them for a QUOTE before placing the order!! TERRIBLE Customer service - Breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015

As Per WaiAutomation Reply Below - This is over the '3 days waiting' currently at 5 business days over the timeframe and still not even left their warehouse.

Had to pay $40 for express shipping…

Had to pay $40 for express shipping then it takes 2 weeks to arrive and I got stuck with $110 import fee after purchasing the item. Should have been notified of this before hand. It’s in the fine print through the mile long terms of use page.

Excessive shipping charges with no customer service

I ordered a product that they charge me just about 1/3 of the price for shipping for, then they did not ship it out for over a week even though it shows in stock ready to ship. Now that I don't need it anymore I cannot get in touch with them to cancel the order and they ship it out anyways. When you called their phone number international their service line just hangs up on you. When you try to get help through their website it's just some AI chat that doesn't do anything and when you email them they say they'll get back to you in two hours however I still have not heard from them. Extremely poor customer service and I will likely have to pick it up with my bank to stop discharge as I am not getting any. Edit: in response to their reply I did contact them during working business hours and their customer service phone number isn't answered and they waited until after it was shipped reply to my messages and then said they couldn't do anything about it.

Please note that the recent Christmas holidays slowed down shipping, as carriers were not operating on certain dates. The order was therefore shipped immediately after 4 working days via DHL Express. For privacy reasons, the tracking code is not included in this message.

Our customer service is always available on working days from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 17:00 by phone and from 10:00 to 17:30 via live chat.

Support was inactive only on the following days: December 25, December 26, and January 1, due to national holidays.
Please also note that your order was handled from Switzerland, so a different time zone from yours may apply.

We remain at your disposal for any further assistance.

Ordered a 'stock' item 24/11 which was…

Ordered a 'stock' item 24/11 which was urgent and received 22/12. I tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched to us as I found some elsewhere but they said I couldn't cancel as it was already being moved around their warehouses.. Poor service.

Bad response and timing

I have waited over weeks for an item to be answered but kept getting the same robot answer it seems like they are using AI or something to respond and when I asked customer service they just stopped answering after one message. Bad service

"New" may mean very old stock

I am supposed to received new part but the part I received is more than 10 year old. _ manufacturing date is in 2014.

The goods are available in stock and, according to our policy, the processing time ranges from 1 to 10 working days.

Placed Order with this company SHOWING STOCK, after paying and not getting any Feedback in 24H, they say their Policy for STOCK means 1 to 10 days Lead Time, A Joke, This is the 3rd PO we have placed w and paid and they are having issues.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

They do NOT let the customer know while ordering about duties neededing to be paid. They make it obscure and are not up front about it. I am not the only one I see that has had this same experience. Good luck recharging my card I as I blocked you from trying to charge me more for restock for your shady business practices. EVER other compnay manages to charge what is needed for the shipping. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Everything is misleading. I would be ashamed to work for such a company.

It is stated in our terms and conditions, approved by your company when the order was placed that:

"For orders outside the EU, the Customer may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, payable once the products have reached the specified destination and, therefore, cannot be quantified or in any way determined by the Seller."

Unfortunately, these costs depend on many factors, such as the product itself, country of origin, and country of destination, and we are unable to prevent them.

As soon as we were informed by DHL that the shipment was being held at customs due to non-payment of import fees, we promptly sent you an email so that you could take appropriate action and ensure that you received the goods you had paid for.

Following your refusal to pay, the goods were returned to our logistics center. However, we want to make clear that it was you whom used your company credit card to pay for the order and we need to underline that the extra costs/import fees you're referring to are not paid directly to our company but to your country's Customs.

For future occasions, we suggest that you read the terms and conditions carefully before approving them in order to avoid further inconvenience.

Hidden fees and horrible service

Horrible service. I ordered 2 ABB power supply modules they stated they had in stock mid September this year. Including shipping costs, it was well over $300. Started getting calls and emails mid October stating I needed to pay duties over another 100 dollars so my items could be delivered. That should never have come as a secondary fee given they had my address to calculate the original shipping costs. Further more, there were nearly no identifying details associated with these costs, just someone claiming i needed to pay DHL to get my items. I was not about to pay $100 over the original advertised price. Legit or not, they are unprofessional and have extremely poor and unreachable customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.

However, I regret to clarify that, as stated in our purchase terms, customs duties may be required for non-EU shipments and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
This is also indicated in the purchase confirmation, which shows the Incoterms DAP.

Although the shipping costs from our hub to your address are covered, taxes on orders are borne by the customer.
We contacted you by phone and sent you several emails informing you about the payment of these charges, but we did not receive any concrete response.

Since we received no reply and the import duties were not paid, the goods were returned to the Swiss hub from which the order was shipped.
We acted in accordance with our policies, which we make a priority to keep clear and transparent.

The goods were ordered a long time ago

The goods were ordered a long time ago. Nothing has been delivered. No one answers the phone number. No one responds to my emails.
We will now pursue legal action against the company, as the advance payment has already been made.
