"New" may mean very old stock

I am supposed to received new part but the part I received is more than 10 year old. _ manufacturing date is in 2014.

"NEW Products are supplied in the original manufacturer's box, unless the product is obsolete and/or not available on the market. They are supplied with documentation and accessories normally supplied by the manufacturer. The products are supplied with the WiAutomation guarantee. Note: Products may be an older series or version than those available from the manufacturer. The packaging may be opened, have scratches, wear, numbers, discoloration, and notes made by the previous owner."

In this case, the item you purchased has been out of production since 2024.

The goods are available in stock and, according to our policy, the processing time ranges from 1 to 10 working days.

Placed Order with this company SHOWING STOCK, after paying and not getting any Feedback in 24H, they say their Policy for STOCK means 1 to 10 days Lead Time, A Joke, This is the 3rd PO we have placed w and paid and they are having issues.

Cusytomers are required to accept our terms and conditions and to read them before proceeding with a purchase.

Your order was placed on the afternoon of November 18th; the goods associated with this purchase are in transit from our centers, with expected arrival on-site at the beginning of next week.

Our customer service is at your disposal and is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Assistance requests have indeed been received and have always been answered.

It is possible to request a quotation before placing an order, which allows the customer to be informed of the processing time for an order. This service does not commit to a purchase.

We want to assure you that we are always available to assist with any needs

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

They do NOT let the customer know while ordering about duties neededing to be paid. They make it obscure and are not up front about it. I am not the only one I see that has had this same experience. Good luck recharging my card I as I blocked you from trying to charge me more for restock for your shady business practices. EVER other compnay manages to charge what is needed for the shipping. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Everything is misleading. I would be ashamed to work for such a company.

It is stated in our terms and conditions, approved by your company when the order was placed that:

"For orders outside the EU, the Customer may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, payable once the products have reached the specified destination and, therefore, cannot be quantified or in any way determined by the Seller."

Unfortunately, these costs depend on many factors, such as the product itself, country of origin, and country of destination, and we are unable to prevent them.

As soon as we were informed by DHL that the shipment was being held at customs due to non-payment of import fees, we promptly sent you an email so that you could take appropriate action and ensure that you received the goods you had paid for.

Following your refusal to pay, the goods were returned to our logistics center. However, we want to make clear that it was you whom used your company credit card to pay for the order and we need to underline that the extra costs/import fees you're referring to are not paid directly to our company but to your country's Customs.

For future occasions, we suggest that you read the terms and conditions carefully before approving them in order to avoid further inconvenience.

Hidden fees and horrible service

Horrible service. I ordered 2 ABB power supply modules they stated they had in stock mid September this year. Including shipping costs, it was well over $300. Started getting calls and emails mid October stating I needed to pay duties over another 100 dollars so my items could be delivered. That should never have come as a secondary fee given they had my address to calculate the original shipping costs. Further more, there were nearly no identifying details associated with these costs, just someone claiming i needed to pay DHL to get my items. I was not about to pay $100 over the original advertised price. Legit or not, they are unprofessional and have extremely poor and unreachable customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.

However, I regret to clarify that, as stated in our purchase terms, customs duties may be required for non-EU shipments and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
This is also indicated in the purchase confirmation, which shows the Incoterms DAP.

Although the shipping costs from our hub to your address are covered, taxes on orders are borne by the customer.
We contacted you by phone and sent you several emails informing you about the payment of these charges, but we did not receive any concrete response.

Since we received no reply and the import duties were not paid, the goods were returned to the Swiss hub from which the order was shipped.
We acted in accordance with our policies, which we make a priority to keep clear and transparent.

The goods were ordered a long time ago

The goods were ordered a long time ago. Nothing has been delivered. No one answers the phone number. No one responds to my emails.
We will now pursue legal action against the company, as the advance payment has already been made.

All good!

One thing though, generally, when we buy from online platforms, the duties are included in the price or shipping cost. I was surprised to pay for them after.

Misleading delviery times

The website indicates that express delivery items are in stock; however, it does not mention that the item could be in stock anywhere around the world, and delivery could take over two weeks. I initially called but received no answer, so I emailed instead and finally received a response three days later stating that delivery would likely take 15 days from the date of order. I immediately asked for the order to be canceled as this was unreasonable. They first refused, but after I informed them that I would cancel the payment via my credit card, they agreed.

I then received a phone call regarding my review, asking me to adjust it. I suggested that they update the delivery times to “10+ days” to prevent others from being misled by the “in stock with express delivery” claim. I also said that if this change is made, I will delete my review.

We completely understand your urgence to receive the item, however, as clearly reported on our terms&conditions: "the standard lead time for the units in stock may range from 1 to 10 business days from payment receipt".

Additionally, our sales dept would have been glad to assist you shall you had any doubts/questions before placing the order directly from the website. For future occasions, we kindly suggest you to carefully read the terms&conditions before accepting them and avoid inconveniences.

"in stock - Express Shipping" is a complete lie

Update: got a call from the company, they explained they have to ship between warehouses and shipping outside of EU takes longer etc. I still feel it's disingenuous and a note at checkout should be placed for customers outside the EU. Sets expectation for the customer and there's no more confusion regarding shipping times.

I changed my rating to 4 stars as they tried and the price was good, but it still took 3 weeks to receive my item from the when i placed my order.

If a product says "express delivery" and "In stock" any reasonable human will assume the order will be shipped in 1-2 days and probably arrive within the week.

It has been 10 days since i placed my order and it has not shipped. Why - because its in transit to their warehouse apparently.

How is that "In Stock" -- well, it's in stock, just not "here" where they ship it from. Just how i have products in stock, just not here, but at my suppliers warehouse.

It's also not their fault, because reading what it says on their checkout page is my fault, or their shipping page which says delivery takes 1-10 business days. Nope, i was supposed to reach out to customer support before the order who would have told me order outside the EU take 7-10 days just to be shipped. That's how most people order online.

Oh, it hasn't shipped and you want to cancel? Nope, sorry, we already processed your order.

They dont charge the stripe order until it ships, you can easily lock your card to prevent the transaction from going through fyi.

To the company: you know very well what you're doing, if you were up-front about your ship times, people would think twice about the order. Instead, you are purposely deceptive and hide this fact then refuse to cancel the order while you order from your supplier to ship it out.

'In Stock' mis-advertising

I ordered several high current contactors with some urgency for a project. They were all listed as 'In stock' at the time of order with shipping estimate of up to 10 working days.

After several days without any change of order status, I contacted WiAutomation who informed me they were 'In Transit' from one of their warehouses to another. After further enquiry, they informed me the parts were awaiting 'border clearance'. This led me to believe they were in fact out of stock, and WiAutomation had falsely advertised them being in stock. It seemed to me they had ordered them from a supplier/manufacturer abroad, and were importing to their warehouse before shipping to the UK.

I asked to cancel the order due to they delay, and they declined saying 'your order is too far advanced for us to cancel', when in fact, they had not yet received the parts at their warehouse.

I finally received the order after three weeks. This delay resulted in over 2k additional project expense due to rented equipment.

While I understand the T&C's state occasionally shipments can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, this just seemed like poor stock management and mis-advertising. I would recommend WiAutomation do not advertise 'in stock' when in fact they have to import parts/move from warehouse to warehouse. They should state something like 'in stock at warehouse abroad'

Additionally, not allowing the cancellation of an order which has not yet left their main warehouse to the customer is extremely frustrating.

I will not be purchasing from WiAutomation in future.

Don't believe it when 'in stock'

More than 2 weeks now and still no shipment. 'we'll ship it as soon as we receive it'. Why should you wait for the arrival of a part in STOCK ??
Got a call today, they explain that 10 business's days for shipment of so called stock items is their conditions. Today is 13 days, and I still don't have a firm date for one item. So in total at least 14 to 15 business days plus shipment, so 3 calendar weeks.

I am extremely disappointed with the service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase experience. The product I ordered was clearly listed as in-stock and offered with express DHL shipping at the time of purchase. Based on this, I expected my order to be processed and dispatched promptly. However, it has now been over a week, and the status still shows “Shipping soon.”
This is highly misleading. If an item is advertised as available with express delivery, then customers should receive exactly that. Instead, I am left waiting without any clear communication or transparency regarding the delay. This undermines trust and raises serious concerns about how orders are managed.
The lack of updates is equally frustrating. A professional service should proactively inform customers about any unexpected delays and provide realistic timelines. In this case, I have had to constantly check the status myself, only to find no progress. Such poor handling creates unnecessary stress and leaves the customer feeling ignored.
Express shipping is not cheap, and I paid extra with the confidence that my order would arrive quickly. Unfortunately, the experience has been the complete opposite. This kind of service not only fails to meet expectations but also damages customer confidence in the brand.
Unless there is a serious improvement in order processing speed, communication, and transparency, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller. Customers deserve honesty, reliability, and respect for their time and money. Sadly, none of these have been delivered in my case.

Disappointed with Order Fulfillment and Delivery Timeline.

The product was listed as in-stock and available with express DHL shipping at the time of purchase. However, over a week has passed, and the order status still shows "Shipping soon." This is not what I expected from a service promising express delivery. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and delays.
