First of all, their stock availability information is not up to date. I only found out that the items I had ordered and paid for were not actually available after receiving an email post-purchase. I was then offered refurbished units at a “discount” — which turned out to be merely the price difference between new and refurbished products. In the end, I received double the initially offered refund amount.
Secondly, after agreeing to the refurbished units and receiving the order confirmation and package, one unit was missing. Only after I inquired did I learn that the “last unit” they had was damaged and no replacements were available. Again, this information was not proactively communicated by WiAutomation.
On a positive note, their customer service replies are prompt, and refunds are processed quickly.

It's been truly disappointing customer service and orders handling experience, we've experienced this twice and we don't recommend ordering from wiautomation.
We placed an order on 25Jul based on a personalized quote, all items were listed in-stock and lead time was quoted between 1 to 10 days max. We made the payment and received order confirmation the same day.
On 28Jul, we requested shipping information to make sure our order is well planned for, then we received wiautomation response on 29Jul "the lead time for the items listed "in stock" on our webpage may vary from 1 to 10 business days". We checked back again on the 30Jul, and got responded on the 31Jul that the main item on our order is not in-stock and the new lead time is further 2-3 weeks, which was disappointing, but we tried to cope with it.
Given the new lead time, we requested to receive the available items asap and get the late item shipped separately upon its receipt, however wiautomation responded that in this case we MUST pay an extra shipping amount (literally more than the original shipping price on the entire order) just to receive the available items on time, which was truly disappointing as it is none of our fault to pay the additional cost or to have all items delayed awaiting for the long lead item.
On 31Jul, we requested improvement on the backordered item’s lead time, and reconsideration of the split shipment cost, which wiautomation has not helped by any. As a result, we requested the cancellation of the long lead item as we can’t afford the wait, and requested the ETA delivery and tracking information for the remaining items.
Surprisingly, wiautomation responded on 4Aug and advised that the current lead time for the remaining items will be 10-days starting 4-Aug, which we strongly rejected as this is taking us to square zero. At that point, we completely lost our confidence in their support and customer satisfaction/experience, therefore we had to request the cancellation of the entire order as we can’t wait further.
On 5Aug, wiautomation responded to our cancellation request that the order has been processed and is in an advanced stage that can’t be cancelled unless we pay 40% restocking fees. We absolutely consider this a fraud and will have our buyer protection against them to receive a full refund, however we wanted the other customers to BEWARE.

I placed an order with WiAutomation on July 15th from the UK. After several days without a shipping update, I requested to cancel the order. Despite the fact that the goods had not shipped and were still in transit between their own warehouses, the company refused to cancel or refund the order.
They admitted in writing (on July 21st and July 31st) that the items had not yet reached their main facility and were delayed due to internal logistics, customs, or strikes. Yet they continue to claim that the order is "already processed" and therefore not eligible for cancellation—even though no delivery has taken place and no tracking number was ever issued.
This is not how a reputable international seller should operate. Their own terms claim stock items ship within 7–10 business days, but as of July 31st (over 2 weeks later), I still have nothing. They’ve ignored my valid cancellation request and have delayed repeatedly without resolution.
If you're ordering from outside there country, be extremely cautious. Their refusal to cancel an unshipped order and lack of accountability for delays is unacceptable.

Bought a NVIDIA Graphics card from the website.
The amount billed on the invoice vs the amount charged to my Credit card is different. Credit card reflects a higher price, not sure why.
I also had to pay additional $150 of taxes when collecting from DHL.
Now the retail price for the graphics card listed on the website has dropped by $300.
In total, i paid... an extra of... > $500. :(
Oh well, this graphics card is very difficult to locate in my country. Well, i guess this is the extra fees for obtaining it.
I did not have a good experience with this company. After some time they did resolve my issues after a 1 star review. This is the reason I am changing my review status. I will still not use their services in the future.

IF the delivery is supposed to be within 7-10 days WORKING DAYS , you should have mentioned that, NOT after placing the order and making the payment.
Even though its been more than aforementioned days ,we have crossed 2 weeks of working days and you still cant provide any update , not a tracking number nor any corresponding documents.
Today marks the 20th day after payment confirmation CHIARA.
DO YOU STIL HAVE ANY UPDATE ?

Update: The customer service team took note and urgent action. Material shipped out on Jul 22nd.

During an urgent maintenance job for an international client, we needed a reliable and fast supplier. After a quick search, we turned to WiAutomation and I must say they exceeded expectations: they managed to deliver the materials ahead of schedule, helping us resolve a very critical situation. Since then, I consider them a trusted partner.
Bad experience. The first time I ordered on the site for a major client, it said "available." However, after placing the order, I immediately received an automatic email stating "delivery in 5-7 days." I waited much longer, and after several reminders, they told me the item had arrived at their logistics center "destroyed," so I would have to wait another 7 days for delivery.
When I asked for proof and photos of the "destroyed" material, I was told they no longer had it and it had been disposed of. I find this behavior to be unscrupulous and unreliable.
Today, after 11 days, I find myself without an order and with a disappointed customer.
Never again.

Item was advertised as NEW and ready to ship on website. Turned out to be unavailable and offered a refurbished one with a dicount. I accepted. It took about a full week before they shipped it. I received the item more than 1 month later. I tried to get a refund for the shippng fees but was denied. I'll never order from them again.

The website misleads you into believing that it's an Australian supplier but you will be charged importation fees by customs AFTER items are shipped. This is not clear when you checkout and pay, it's only alluded to in the shipping t&c. We feel we've been mislead and scammed by a suppier proporting to be an Australian supplier who is misleadingly advertising full cost pricing on it's website, and not clearly indicating that items will be imported and subject to addtional charges, which for us was an addtional 16%.
Also took 13days to ship the item that was 'in stock'.
