Great service no hassle

Easy pick up and easy drop off, nice cars.The booking process is great everything is understandable and can changed until you time comes. Only thing is if you not going from the airport, its hard to get there to the location and i would think twice next time just because of that. Local bus is a very long time and after that you have to walk there on the highway.

Excellent experience with Wiber Rent a Car. The booking process was simple, pickup and return were quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and professional. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Great value for the price with no surprises. I would definitely use Wiber again and highly recommend them to anyone renting a car in Spain.

The car was clean, in good condition, and the final return process was completely trouble-free. It was also great that we could upload our documents in advance to pick up the keys without waiting in a long line 👌

​However, the booking process before that was quite stressful 🙄 The emails came in waves every few days with the next steps, and they were often unclear. A dedicated app to track the payment and document verification status is definitely missing.

⚠️ ​The biggest issue was the airport shuttle transfer. There was total chaos after arrival, and people were literally arguing to get on the bus. Even though you have to provide your flight number and the number of passengers in the form, the logistics were terrible. The people we met had already been waiting for over an hour for the shuttle to take them, and the driver took a maximum of two people per group... We were traveling in a group of 6 and had to split up—two people went to get the car while the rest waited at the airport. Fearing the same issue and risking missing our flight, we had to do the same thing on the way back and drop part of our group off early.

​In short: the car and its technical condition were good, but the shuttle logistics and the email notification system definitely need improvement.

I had a great experience with this car rental company. The car was clean, exactly as described in the agreement, and in excellent condition. The transfer from the airport to the rental office and back was very efficient and well organized. The return process was extremely quick and completely hassle-free. Overall, everything went smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend this company!

Good experience. Renting a car with no hustle. They have a shuttle bus to take you to the rental company outside the airport. But it would be handy for them to put a clear sign where the bus is parked. But the staff was really friendly and helpful

They are so aggressive with their insurance upsell that they even went so far to say our credit card rejected the security deposit. When i called my credit card company they said no attempt to charge the deposit was ever made so not only are they aggressive but they are dishonest as well. We ended up paying double what a car would have cost with an established company like Hertz. Steer clear. We do not recommend this company.

Always a good experience with Wiber. We took their highest level of insurance and it's always a simple walk in, claim car, enjoy holiday, drop car.

Ok expierence with check in, not very content with the car I was provided. There was no fluid present for cleani g wind shield and after 150 km the car gave respons that service was needed. I don’t like that when I am hiring a car. This alarm was showing all the time. Besides that, the car gave annoying beeps when I was exceeding speedlimits. Experience check out was good and quick.

We had a very seamless process collecting and dropping off the car. Staff were very helpful. The car was in very good condition and really exceeded my expectations
