Follow up on my longer than 9 week wait…

Follow up on my longer than 9 week wait on limited edition Star Trek mount. - I have spoken to an attorney and I am in talks about filing lawsuit on this company for basically obtaining money, breach of contract, and overall false advertising. Them not meeting deadline with selling over 500 limited editions just on my item was my final draw. If this has happened to anyone else, I would love to get your input and literally have this company rethink what they are doing or come up with another idea. If you want to or open to it, please let me know.

Great quality product/ But very slow delivery

I placed my order on 2 Jan 2026 and it finally arrived on 31 March 2026.

I chased several times as the delay seemed excessive, so initially gave 1 star as I thought I had been scammed.

To be fair to wicked brick the quality of the product is excellent, with quality well fitting panels so my Hogwarts Castle looks stunning.

Have increased to 4 stars on this basis. But you do need to sort out you production speed or reduce your level of marketing to be able to cope with volumes.

Avoid at all costs, at this point its a scamming company! Look at the reviews!!

Ordered one of their smallest items on christmas day after receiving some christmas money. After chasing up through freaking tons of emails as it still has not arrived, I have A. Been given a incorrect response with someone's else's purchase eta, b. Been giving multiple different answers. I bought a huge display case previously, at least 2 years ago and everything was brilliant, quality and customer service was amazing but now???? Its like Boris Johnson is heading the company's customer service, I wouldnt be shocked if I get a email response with the word pineapple!!! I PAYED MONEY FOR A SERVICE, I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND MULTIPLE TIMES AND I STILL HAVENT GOT A.MY MONEY BACK. B.A ACCURATE ******* ETA ON MY PURCHASE HENCE LOSING ANY CONFIDENCE I HAVE LEFT TO RECEIVE IT AND ASKING FOR A REFUND. WHERE HAS IT GONE TOO, GERMANY?!?! IF I DONT HEAR RECEIVE MY REFUND, OR PRODUCT BY END OF THIS MONTH I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION.

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER, absolutely awful company. 6-8 week lead time and it's now 12 weeks. Sent 10 emails following up for help and no single response, good products ( pictured, you'll never receive them )

Update : Was told 2 weeks ago it would ship in 3-5 days ( only response with many email enquiries ). Still not shipped so have been looking into claims with my bank. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Really poor experience

Really poor experience. This was my first order and had very little communication apart from my order would be another 4 weeks after waiting 6 weeks.

Wouldn't use again and would not recommend

Avoid

As someone who has spent thousands of pounds with this business- never again.

Customer service is non-existent, emails are not responded to- when you do ring you are treated with utter contempt. If the owners are reading this, sort it out.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague, awful, awful company. Claim to be the best but unfortunately they are terrible, please have a look at their poor reviews on here and see that there is a recurring theme, poor quality, damaged parts, long delivery times and no customer service, 28% of people can’t be wrong. The real shame is they make desirable items that COULD be perfect if they didn’t let themselves down time after time. I have ordered from them twice and both times after waiting much longer than originally told (3 months rather than 6 weeks) my items have arrived damaged or have had issues, first case was damaged beyond repair, packaging was very poor for a fragile item, little to no protection, I emailed explaining the case was damaged beyond repair, it was two weeks before I got a reply and when I did I was expected to be a member of their quality control staff, made to find instructions and find part numbers rather than just arrange for the case to be replaced. Several months later and having seen an item that I wanted that wasn’t available elsewhere I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered, was told a lead time of 6 weeks. 2 months later still no delivery, I did receive an email saying staff sickness meant all orders where delayed, unfortunately for them they didn’t consider that a friend of mine had ordered from them 2 weeks after mine and had received their order 3 weeks earlier, for an item that had a much longer lead time than my own, they couldn’t even be honest. When my item finally arrived I set about assembling it to find that I couldn’t do so as several parts had holes missing! Also the main front cover was deeply scratched (which was clearly visible on the white “protective” plastic). Once again it was almost 2 weeks for a reply and once again it was left to me to start explaining part numbers that had issues. Even now I still haven’t received replacement parts as they replied several days later questioning once again which parts I needed despite making myself very clear and even providing pictures of the damaged parts. It really is a saga. I would avoid, try companies like boxxco or Brixbox, while not perfect they are much quicker and much more reliable.

This is my second time ordering with…

This is my second time ordering with wicked brick. I’ve also placed a third order. The first one had no issues. The second one had a couple of things wrong, a hole not drilled through properly and a couple of the square bits missing. But they sorted this out pretty quickly. Couldn’t leave a review via the link sent as said page not found.

Would order again and more than likely will. It’s a nice way to keep special sets dust free. I also like the special backgrounds you can get. They aren’t particularly cheap but they are quality from what I’ve see so far.

No customer service if something goes wrong

I spend a lot of money with Wicked brick and have never had issues. Until now. They sent a broken part. After multiple attempts to contact they eventually get back to me and send another replacement part. This parts the wrong size. I reply back to them never to hear back. It’s been well over 6 weeks and the order was placed originally on Black Friday! Very poor no communication what so ever. I would just avoid at this point.

10 weeks and still no product..!

As much as they offer a number of displays for different sets, and the displays are of very good quality, it’s a sham company. I have waited 9 weeks for a display, and when they can be bothered to email me back, they continuously tell me that their ‘lead time calculator’ states that they expect dispatch in X days/weeks, but it just gets further and further away.

If you’re going to part with money to this company, either order the item 6 months in advance, or be prepared to have to continuously chase for the item to be sent to you.

It’s a really big shame, for a great product, they really let themselves down and would do well to look at their business model. Perhaps then they can justify charging the prices they do.

Further to the above, I am still nowhere with getting the product I ordered which leads me to believe that Wicked Brick are a sham company who have no intention of fulfilling the order I placed with them. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards, and I would recommend that you avoid them at all costs!!

Well worth the wait!

Having never ordered from Wicked Brick before I was unsure what to expect (would the product match the photos, or even arrive at all?), the photos and blurb on the website all talk a good game but then don't they always? I bought the Lego GameBoy display case (the "Premium Printed" version no less), the expected lead time was stated as 6 weeks, however what with the Xmas period falling in the middle of this I suspected there may be delays; indeed there were but I was kept regularly updated via email throughout the entire process, so kudos to WB for that.
Total time from order to delivery ended up being 10 weeks but I will say that the product itself is definitely worth the wait; the parts are all manufactured to an excellent standard and everything slots together perfectly according to the instructions on the website. It's a cracking design and it's really elevated the GameBoy set as a display piece, and I'll definitely be looking at the other display options they might have for some of my other sets. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wicked Brick to anyone, many thanks!

Overpriced

Ordered a 150 minifgure wall mounted display. The first display I received did not fit at all. After many emails and photo's i received a new display as warranty. The second display i received fits as it should. Now the display cost me 200 euro, flat head screws, wall mounting requires removing the wall screws, metal assembly block are universal and will show unused holes. Planks are bending due to the weight and there is a risk of them falling out when the front panel is removed. I also have an 200 minifigure "BlackedBrick" display which is half the price, same quality and sturdier design with allen key screws, wall mounted but also included a magnetic feet so it can stand on its own, etc. I'm just disappointed for the price i payed for this display of Wicked Brick.

TERRIBLE

Took ages to arrive. No instructions and the pieces dont fit together.. Absolute rubbish. I wish there was an option for zero stars. This was a present for my son's birthday, We've just opened it and he is very upset. Almost £50 down the drain.

Absolutely the worst company . Do NOT TRUST!

Absolutely the worst company and customer service I’ve ever dealt with and every one of my friends and LEGO enthusiasts will know it. DO NOT believe for a min that they will meet any deadline set and if you believe they will, just give them any amount of money you want. You would think, that they announce a case, build the hype up for it, then do a limited edition launch on it and by that time they would have them ready for shipping - absolutely not! They tell you it’ll be another 6 weeks after YOU already paid them and then when the dead line hits, they disappear from response and then tell you it’ll be eventually another 2-4 weeks till you get it!

A WICKED RESPONSE👍

I have had a 10/10 experience with WICKEDBRICKS’ response. I had ordered a display case back in November 2025 for a set I built for my sister. I had then made plans to visit her in February and to also build the case for her set. WICKEDBRICKS had already advised during the purchase that there would be an additional delay because of the holidays, which is normal, but I had not received any further details of when I might expect my order to be delivered. By the time I made my enquiry, I was already worried that my order might not be delivered before I take my trip to visit with my sister. When emailing WICKEDBRICKS I had explained, in greater detail, the importance of why I was concerned. My experience is a 10/10 because I know I was heard and WICKEDBRICKS responded accordingly. I write this review only after just receiving my order that has been delivered well within the timeframe for me to take my trip.
