very average quality product terrible service

very average quality product, wood is faily thin, nothing is really pre drilled, instructions are poor. you have a sheet of cheap vinyl you have to both mark out and cut yourself. many wooden pieces arrive badly damgaged split and chunks missing. customer service to recitfy is non existant. paying £1000 for about £200 of pre cut wood there are better options out there!

Stressful experience . Would not recommend!

After reading the reviews, I had already made my purchase I decided stay right away to cancel my order. 2 weeks later I’m still awaiting a refund. To be told it takes 14 days . Today is the 14th day! And still no refund! I have phoned and they have said not to worry the refund will happen today and to give it time, I’m not holding my hopes up. I paid through PayPal so I will be setting up a dispute to claim this back through them. Not worth the stress and hassle so I would buy else where!!

Product turned up on time which was…

Product turned up on time which was good but absolutely shocking quality. The wood was so thin and rotten it would be impossible to drill without breaking it. No chance is it worth £600+.

Been waiting nearly 3 weeks for them to even collect it let alone receiving a refund

avoid like the plague

wish i had read the reviews, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! no response, no climbing frame, took my money, no refund, no communication, no apology, its a terrible service, and even worse company, do not even waste your time or money, now i have to fight to get my £800 back which now looks unlikely- absolute joke

Very happy with our product and customer service

After reading reviews (placed order before reading reviews) I was very anxious about our order however the delivery was prompt, the product good quality and build straight forward (built in a day by 2 people). Our original order was sent with a few pieces of wood missing (not big structural pieces so did not prevent building and can be added later) and a faulty slide but the company were very quick to respond to my email and had replacement parts sent straight away that arrived in good time. Overall very happy with the company. As others have stated, delivery times are fairly long but this was clear at the point of order.

Poor customer experience - moral is read the reviews! DON’T buy from these people!

Like the experience of quite a number of ur customers my was not pleasurable!! I ordered & paid £600+ for a climbing frame however I did not read the reviews until after I’d ordered (10 days). As I had not received a shipping notification I felt it prudent to cancel the order & request repayment as per T&Cs. They confirmed the cancellation but informed me that as the item had already been passed for shipping they could not refund. No notification of shipping had been received until after I had requested cancellation of the order.
Moral of the story- don’t order from this company if ur want a stress free customer experience!! Also, read the reviews!!

Very slow delivery service

I ordered a double swing set as a present for my kids. This was intended to be used over the Summer months. The item was cited as being in stock with a delivery timeframe of between 11 and 16 working days. This item has finally arrived over two months later. Happy with the swing set but delivery timeframe is way too slow and no tracking link provided with order.

Stay well clear of this company .

Stay well clear of this company .
Waited weeks and weeks for delivery , the climbing frame took forever to piece together and a few weeks later every piece of wood is cracked . It wa supposed to be a present for my sons birthday but 3 months on it is still not sorted . New wood was supposed to be supplied but not turned up . We now have £450 with of climbing frame in the garden that’s not safe - it could fall at any moment . Customer services have not been helpful - so disappointed that my son ( who needs a climbing fame ) still has nothing to play on and we will probably miss out now before the weather changes as it’s mid June !

Awful

Followed instructions to a T and the double swing set is more like a rocking chair than a swing. They A frame on both sides rock back and forth as our 2 and 3 year old go on it. Little hope of it lasting more than a few months.

Climbing frame …

The climbing frame is beautiful however like other customers major wood components were missing. Also the mechanism for the swing.
Please be careful to ensure all pieces there as I had to search for materials before finishing the build and some upset children to cope with.
Now completed it is lovely but wickey won’t respond to my requests for a refund for the items missing despite picture evidence and receipts indicating of extra cost to build the product. In fact they have not responded to any emails or online form requests very disappointed in the company

Would give this company 0 stars if I could!
Absolutely shocking!! Ordered the flyer climbing frame with slide.
Over half of the wood was cracked in the middle or pieces missing of corners or ends. The slide and canvas top look nothing like advertised. Called the company To complain about the product quality and how wouldnt be safe to build a child’s climbing frame out of cracked wood.
No apology. Not helpful. Having to wait for them to collect the product and it be recieved before I get a refund. £549.00 it cost me absolutely shocking. And no present for my sons birthday.
DO NOT USE THIS BRAND THEY ARE UNSAFE AND UNHELPFUL!!

Terrible service!

Terrible service!
I ordered a sandpit and the 5 weeks later said it was dispatched, but When it got to 7 weeks there was still no sign of the sandpit so I started chasing to see where it was. They then said it had been sent back to the warehouse. But they had made no attempt to tell me this. So after two months I had to ask for a refund rather then go through the whole process again. So if your in England don’t bother ordering anything it will Be months and months before you receive anything. Very poor communication.

Artic flyer

We ordered the artic flyer on offer at £779 after reading reviews I was nervous over ordering but took the plunge anyway and can say we've had no problems what so ever absolutely fantastic from start to Finnish took 2 people 6 hours to put up nothing missing and took.
10day longer for delivery than than stated but all in all very happy with my purchase and got 4 happy children

Patience is key with this company

We ordered the double swing and climber for around £280.
After placing the order and seeing it was a 15-25 day wait, I was OK with this, but then read reviews, a lot of negative and became sceptical of how reliable this company was, but patience payed and after 29 days, I got the dispatch message and 2 days after again, was contacted by the forwarding company to organise delivery.
Everything came on time, full components, no wood was damaged, it was well packaged and was easily assembled with no stress.
Im not sure if I was lucky or due to the smaller sized order, it was easier to order, but you definitely need patience with this company if you go ahead.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Our climbing frame order took ages to arrive. The climbing net and rope both missing. Wood is split, my husband has had to pay to have more wood cut to size. We will no doubt have to buy the rope and net from elsewhere , ridiculous considering we paid nearly £800 for the product in the first place.Getting hold of customer services is a joke, the standard 'contact' form and generated reply. This company should be investigated by trading standards. I guarantee the response to this review will be a generic response, they are not interested once they have your money. AVOID!

B - The team came through and the kids love it!!

Ordered a Play Centre almost 3 months ago and over 50% of the wood was missing how this can get through quality control is unimaginable. Upon contacting Wickey on the day advising of the missing parts they've been unable to deliver blaming brexit for the issues! Despite numerous phone calls and emails i didn't think I'd get this resolved.... however just like that the guys resent a new pallet with all the missing parts and also offered a goodwill jesture payment for my poor experience. I've finally got the playcentre built and my kids love it, it was straight forward to build and the wood was quality took me a couple of days to complete as i was flying solo. Despite the poor service Wickey came through and I'm glad i held out now for the resolve. Thanks Wickey for coming through at the end, hoping the next time i order everything goes smoothly.

So let down by this company purchased…

So let down by this company purchased climbing frame December received delivery of climbing frame in March with parts missing (swing hooks) its now June and still nothing.Customer service awful spoke to employee at Wickey who told me to take it further.We have a pile of wood which is no use to anybody.Do not order from Wickey.

No product and poor customer service

Ordered a climbing frame and swing set on 29/04 and expected delivery by the end of May as per the timeframes given. They have not arrived. Contacted wickey and was told order was being dispatched on 01/06 and transport company would be in touch. Still no communication. I have contacted wickey through the contact form online and also via Facebook messenger and my queries are being ignored. I will be applying for a full refund.

Buyer beware - poor quality

I’m not happy with the quality at all.

The wood is split in many places, most edges are rough sawn and need finished properly before building to prevent injury to children. The few pre drilled holes that are there aren’t straight so the frame is sitting squint.

Luckily I have experience as a joiner and can fix it as what you get is really just a pallet of badly sawn timber and a massive bag of jumbled fixings.

I feel that I have been ripped off paying £1279 for what I have received.

A partial refund of 10% was offered to cover the extra time and costs of remedying and replacing wood that is split.

I needed to build this in time for my sons birthday otherwise I would dismantle what has been built to be collected for return and full refund.
