Rip off and furious.

Ordered 1 lap fence panel 6ft x 5ft cost £20.49 DELIVERY £30.00 . It cost a third more for delivery than the item.
As a 75 year old I just couldn't belief it. Does this price mean the lorry will have just my ONE item on board. Pull the other leg.
Expecting it tomorrow and I bet that it will be damaged as they select the item to be sent out.!!!!

no delivery but their happy to take your money

Paid for materials for gardens in store having been told materials were available and considering I’m 2 miles from the store I could
Expect delivery in 48hrs time. 72hrs later no materials, workmen have to leave site and wicks clueless about where my materials are. All they know is it’s somewhere in Newcastle. I don’t live anywhere near Newcastle. Won’t be using again. Spoke to 3 different people and no one can or has given a response.

Many times I have visited Lichfield Wicks. The staff are always helpful and freely give advice about the products, I would especially like to mention Suki he is very processional and very knowledgeable and has given us good advice.

I am furious

Wickes, I am furious.
Being given a time slot for a delivery of 8 doors between 8 & 6 only to receive them at 7.15 am.
6 of the doors left the van as the driver said the other 2 were damaged (I wasn't given the chance to even see them to check).
I was told the other 2 may still come today but someone will let me know.
The following day I rang at 3 pm to be told my delivery was arranged again between 8 & 6 TODAY but nobody had infomed me so that's 20 HOURS they've expected me to wait! Not forgetting that according to the driver I 'refused' the rest of the order (LIES) and never are proof of delivery documents given to the customer.
Customer service said it will still be today by 7.30pm or so but call at 8pm if it doesn't arrive - totalling 22 HOURS.
Being very angry I kept being told the calls are recorded (maybe she couldn't tell that I couldn't care less!). I was also informed that arranging a convenient time for me is not a possibility.
I rang again as instructed to be told the the delivery compamy only works until 6.30pm but I'll get a call tomorrow at 11.30 to be told when my next delivery '''day''' might be.

This company is a complete joke. Ill be telling everyone that will listen.

I only hope it comes tomorrow.

Bad bad bad

Bad bad bad. If you want good customer service then you will not find it with this company, I have waited 2 weeks or more for missing parts to be delivered.I was promised delivery on Thursday then Friday Then Monday then Tuesday Then Wednesday then Thursday and I am still waiting.
They take your money and if they cant deliver some of your paid for items then tough luck. It seems that almost all reviews are giving this company bad marks for customer service.Stay well away and spend your money elsewhere.

Bad in every way imaginable

Ordered a kitchen and a bathroom from Wicks. The problems started with the first delivery, which they promised to arrange a convenient time when we would be home. The first I heard about it was a phone call that they were standing outside my house wondering where I was at 11am on a weekday. Strangely, i was at work 38 miles away! I had to call someone else to arrange a redelivery. The toilet was delivered with a huge chip in the bowl, which they initially said was ok as it was at the back! But the real problems began with the fitting. We commissioned their people to install it and they were terrible! If I had wanted a wobbly toilet, a seat that is about to fall off, a leaky shower, an unevenly cut door, a partially plastered hole in the ceiling, and numerous other things wrong I would have done it myself! They conned my wife into paying them before they were finished, phoning her with sob stories every day several times. When we complained to the regional manager they did not offer to put it right, instead they said "oh that is not very good". Terrible service and as a consequence we cancelled the kitchen we ordered. Never setting foot in that place again.

ORDERED 2 KETER GARDEN STORAGE SHEDS ON 3/7/2017ON NEXT DAY DELIVERY EVERYTHING BRILL CAME NEXT DAY BUT ONLY ONE CAME STARTED BUILDING IT UP AND GUESS WHAT PEICE MISSING ON THE PHONE I GET GOT THROUGH AFTER 10 MINS EXPLAINED TO THE LADY THAT ONLY ONE AS COME SHE SAID HOLD THE LINE ANOTHER 5-10 MINS CAME BACK ON AND SAID WILL CALL YOU BACK LATER AND ALSO TOLD HER ABOUT THE PART MISSING THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND ANOTHER ONE OUT NOW ON THE 5/7/2017 8.30PM STILL NOT HEARD NOTHING HAVE ITEMS FROM MY SHED ALL OVER GARDEN AS SHED WAS TAKEN DOWN WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU PLAYING AT YOU TAKE THE PAYMENT FAST ENOUGH WHY CANT YOU PROVIDE THE GOODS OR AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO KEEP ME INFORMED

Disgusting Service from the Stoke On Trent Store

Call into the Stoke on Trent store today with intention of spending up to £10k on a new bathroom. Saw lady sat at her desk and she clearly saw me. No one else was in the bathroom section. I waited about 15 minutes and thought eventually she would approach me. SHE DIDNT. I had to approach her and felt like a naughty school boy interupting teacher. I asked if I needed and appointment to speak with an advisor and was told yes. I then asked to make an appointment and was told I would have to wait until the following Wednesday at the earliest(6 days later !)
Are they really that busy ?
I said the wait was too long and I would 'leave it'
Her reply - OK
One disguster potential customer.

Kitchen refit

Ordered my new kitchen giving Wicks 4 month's notice for a fitting date. Went into the showroom to firm up my choice of worktop and was told after having their planner out and price given that I could not have laminate because of curved edges so upgraded to a wood worktop.Received letter from their head office dated 27th Feb saying order would be delivered on the 24th Feb when infact kitchen was delivered on the 19th. Wicks only saving grace was their fitters who were professional and did their upmost to ease any stress. The worktop order was incorrect on delivery which delayed the fitters - as an extra we decided to have wood upstands which I ordered separately and was told they would be delivered the next day - only to ring the warehouse when they did not arrive and be told the assistant who took the order had made a mistake as she was not fully trained and that it would be a week. Kitchen finally completed and although I am pleased with the look of my new kitchen feel I could not recommend WICKS still awaiting a call from the customer services manager regarding the screw holes under the bridging units which are clearly visible and despite several calls am still waiting to hear from them

For my Kitchen the customer service is terrible. Three (3) times the kitchen designer has been out and still so many things he ordered wrong. From the sink to doors. Never ordered upstands.Promised fridge doors before Easter and still waiting. Had to go out and buy sink from another supplier so kitchen fitters could make a start. Still living in a tip because it takes ages for things to arrive when reordering. So many things can be ordered and delivered within 24hours,but not Wicks Kitchen supply. I like the units but be careful when ordering...Help

no delivery

after placing a order paid in full for a delivery 4 weeks in advance, took a day holiday for the items to arrive and waited and waited, come 4pm still no sign, so i called there customers service team, and asked where is my delivery and told me it wont be here today, i was like you are kidding me here, 4 weeks notice for a delivery (4 rads)
been told it was there delivery company that messed up, sorry wicks that is no good to me 1 day holiday lost, ended up costing me 2 days holidays because of there laziness , came up with excuses on top of excuses

1st time ive been to wicks and left with a very bitter taste, i wont be back, and not even a apologie
