Due to moving away from a wifinity…

Due to moving away from a wifinity location I have cancelled my subscription, it was quick, easy and finished in about 3 minutes. Karima, the guy who answered the phone, was helpful and sorted it in no time, I have zero complaints. 5 stars.

I had issues working out how to connect…

I had issues working out how to connect to premium WiFi at a Park dean Holiday Park. I called the helpline and the call helper who was called Gem was really friendly, patient and very helpful. A credit to your company! My issue was resolved very quickly and I am very happy (Guy Webber)

Sophie provided excellent support with…

Sophie provided excellent support with my query today. I was struggling with connecting my devices due to some hidden settings on my devices (settings I wasn't aware off as I am not tech savvy). She went out of her way to look up the correct area where these settings where for both my PC and my mobile, allowing me to add both of my devices to my wifinity account and get connected to the Internet. Furthermore, she stayed behind after her shift to ensure I was happy and content and to address my query. We need more people like Sophie in the world. Thanks mate, hope you have a good day!

I am on holiday and I purchased 7 day pass

I am on holiday and I purchased 7 day wifi package. I had difficulty to connect and there is no mobile phone coveridge in this area. The camp allowed me to use a landline and rang the company for me. I spoke to Lily who talked me through getting connected on 2 devices. Lily was polite, patient and very helpful with a great knowledge.

Lily was very helpful

Lily was very helpful, took me through each step, several times, as phone was not responding well, & was determined to fix the problem. It seemed to work in the end but after finishing the call, when I tried to connect back in again to parkdean WiFi my connection still said not connected to the parkdean WiFi.

I’m giving a five star rating today because…

I’m giving a five star rating today, only because I received excellent help from Lily in customer services. Although my problem couldn’t be fixed today, Lily was happy to give me a full refund today.
Wifinity are contracted by Parkdean Holiday Park at Withernsea Sands, for their WiFi connectivity, and the Park itself couldn’t or wouldn’t deal with my problem of having no internet. I don’t think they were too bothered, they just sent me in the direction of Wifinity, who will refund me, and hopefully the next holiday maker will have better luck.
