Sorry...I seem to be in an area in Bembridge [IoW), where they connect in a reasonable time frame.
At the beginning, mid March 2026, all seemed good, can you help us with a £4,000+ government grant to get you connected.
Filled in the details,set up a direct debit, then get an email to connect at the end of July......
Sorry, but unacceptable, should have been informed at the time of engagement that you are not in the area to connect quickly. Very disappointed in the lack of honest information to get custom.
Also disappointed, as other reviews give a glowing story, so was looking forward to a 5* service to enjoy good Internet and the world cup.

Not sure why but broadband is draining my battery overnight, doesn’t happen anywhere else and has never happened before.. Also they put the price up £4 a month after I’d just joined which was annoying, they should at least allow the first year with no increases, shows they do actually care!

Very straight forward connection, excellent & polite engineer visited to property and following connection he ensured all our phones, TVs & lap tops were connected and functioning. As senior citizens we both found his assistance very helpful and reassuring, as it avoided many hours and many attempts to achieve what he carried out within minutes. Afraid I don't recall his name , he was particularly well mannered and able to rapidly establish a great rapport with the client, thank you.

Change to whitefibre in January as my BT deal ended. Whitefibre are half the price and give me faster speeds. Had no problems so far .

The initial installation went amazing, quick and reliable.
However, we had a problem with Sky Q, and the customer services lines 1) resolved it and 2) were incredibly polite and friendly.

convinced me to move to WF from business that is been with for decades. Final positive - no issues regarding the delivery - fast, reliable and get updates. Why not 5 stars because the app gave me an issue - wasn’t clear enough about setting up
