Customer support was responsive when I reached out with a sizing question. That made a big difference for me.

The leather has a nice texture and weight to it. It feels like something that will last for years.

I liked how easy the ordering process was. No confusion, no delays, just a solid experience.

From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. The jacket arrived in perfect condition and right on time.

Ordered a Starter Jacket. The quality is horrible. The size is smaller than the size I ordered but they claim it's the correct size. The logos are printed on instead of stitched on and the coloring of the logos are washed/faded. It's a clear knockoff and I wouldn't be caught anywhere in public with this jacket on.

I emailed about my displeasure with the sizing and the product and asked for a refund. The reply I got was just to tell me the size they sent me was correct and that I could exchange for another size. Which I think is funny because I ordered the largest size they have and how is sending me a different size going to fix my problem. I replied back again saying that I wanted a refund but haven't heard back.

Avoid. Absolutely avoid.

Ordered a "Liam Gallagher Hooded" jacket. My suspicions started when I got a FedEx message saying it had been dispatched from Kirachi, Pakistan. No problem with Kirachi, or Pakistan, but it's not exactly a famed hotbed of fashion houses.

Jacket arrived as a completely different design to the one pictured. It's ridiculously small, terribly and cheaply made, and absolutely not the product as advertised. It's a cheap knock-off of a cheap knock-off, of a cheap knock-off. Retailing at nearly £100, and it cannot have cost more than £3 to make. It's an horrendous product. I wouldn't put my 9yr old in it, let alone a grown adult.

Absolutely avoid.

Website is a scam. Told me my order would be shipping the next day, then canceled my order on me, charged me for canceling, and told me they did ship my order but there was a weight issue.

The jackets are not great quality,mine arrived one wrong robe and second too small. They feel like sandpaper and when you advise they sent the wrong robe the only want to refund you half and have you keep it, not fix the problem. Then when you advise too small they dont offer exchange just be like its your problem. Im sending back for a full refund. Fraud company. Not only wrong jacket but too small. DONT BUY HERE! BAD BUSINESS!!!

extremely awful customer service!! i received a defective product and they would not refund me 100%. ONLY to offer a full refund if i mailed the item back to them overseas. They would not provide a shipping label, wanted me to pay the cost of shipping. But they admitted i received a defective product and replied "No one is perfect and errors do happen" After several emails back and forth, we agreed on a portion of compensation to "shut me up". At that point, it was no use per suing any further for no reason. Note to self, will not ever order from here again!!! Also, the product is of cheap quality.
The kicker...2 weeks later...i get a bill in the mail from FedEx from customs FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Very good customer service, timely updates and product arrived quickly.....from Pakistan to the U.S. apparently. Jacket was in new/very good condition and is what I hoped Much appreciated!

They resolved my issue with my hoodie(s) to my satisfaction. A pleasure to do business with them.

I ordered from them and there was a small issue but their customer service made it right. They were very responsive.

DO NOT BUY FROM WILLIAM JACKET! The website shows and describes authentic articles of clothing but what they ship is a shabby knockoff that does not come close to looking like what you think you are buying. When I tried to return the item I was told it would need to be returned to Pakistan and the cost would be over $100. To top it off I received an additional shipping bill from FedEx for taxes and tariffs. Complete Scam!

The jacket is great quality and super nice. We wanted to return it to get a different size, and so we emailed about how to do that. They were quickly responsive and thorough in telling us the steps. We would have had to return it to Pakistan (where they're based) which is insanely expensive, so we are going to keep the jacket and try to make it work. We told them that, and they refunded us 20% for doing so, which was super kind! I've seen things online that say they're a scam or whatever, but they seem very legit to me. I'd recommend!

What a scam! I ordered a jacket, in which the sizing was completely inaccurate. I went to the site to figure out their return policy. On the site a Florida address is listed, and shipping is completely on the customer. I paid to have it shipped to the Florida address and followed up with the email the site has listed. They responded back and told me to send it to the Middle East. I had the package rerouted back to me. I’m not sending the jacket back, because I’m already out of 200 dollars. It’s cheaper to keep it, and no guarantee that they will actually refund you according to other reviews.

Item arrived late for Halloween with expedited shipping paid for.

They do not honor the refund policy on items, they expect customers to pay for international shipping returns.

My order said free shipping however I got a bill from fedex for $9.70 when I reached out to William jacket they said “ customs duty or tax imposed by your country’s customs authority as per their policy” and that it is my responsibility to pay it.

This company is a Total scam. Jacket received was different than description, missing button and poor quality. I returned to US address provided on the website via USPS with tracking number, which it was proofed delivered, and they still refused to give me the requested refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My recommendation is to stay away, save money and headache and do yourself a favor, do not buy from William Jacket.

Do not order from this company! Products run small which they do not make you aware of. The products are not rue to size and their return policy is not what they say if product is unusable. They also do not tell you that if returned for full refund that the address is in PAKISTAN and cost more to return than item purchased.

In response to your response is this yes you gave me the return information however your poor information was that as the return cost is my responsibility which I had no issue with except that the postage was to be more than the item cost. If I had been aware in the first place that the item was coming from Pakistan the item would have never been ordered. Your company is deceiving people and is unprofessional at best.
