After reading pevious reviews I sent an email to William Jacket asking them to confirm where their product are manufactured.

On 7 December 2024, I got a reply from Mark William, Sales & Marketing Director stating:

"To provide some clarity: our products are proudly manufactured in the US"

After placing an order, I got confirmation that my delivery was being processed in Karachi, Pakistan!

FedEx delivery was excellent, but the bathrobe supplied looks nothing like the photographs on their website, and is terrible quality.

I sent an immediate email asking for details of where to return the unsatisfactory garment, but haven't yet received a response.

It appears previous posts are correct. False advertising, poor quality and blatant lies to direct questions.

I notice that William Jacket have posted their standard response to EVERY negative review:

"we have thoroughly reviewed our records and could not find your order."

They must have a very bad system where they are unable to identify ANY orders which result in bad reviews.

I notice they have no such difficulty when responding to positive reviews!

I am trying to get ahold of someone to answer questions and no one responds either by email or a phone number that is always busy.

After nine days (the website promise in 24 hours, I received a response asking for more information. I resubmitted all the information the website information AGAIN. As has my wife. We will see how long it takes. Still reviewing the site as a ONE.

Today I received my parcel which I order a few days back I must appreciate the shipping time because it's very good and If I talk about the jacket so its incredibly fantastic the stitching is superb and, the deep pockets it's quite deep that is enough to bring my small essentials and i don't need any bag for that. It's my first time using this website and everything from ordering to wearing the jacket goes perfectly.

Being a big fan of Ms. Marvel, I was really excited when I got my hands on the Kamala Khan blue vest by WJ, and surely it did not let my expectations hang! The sleeveless design and erect collar seem to have taken off the signature looks of Kamala, and the buttoned front closure is pretty convenient to use. The pockets are amazing because, when going out, I can fit so many small items in there. The vibrant blue color pops, and it's great for cosplay or casual wear. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase!

As stated by several others. Quality is poor, fit is small. Also, my teams jacket stated that it had a removable hood... one of the reasons why I chose this one. I hate hoods. At any rate, this hood is NOT REMOVABLE. Crappy return policy... pay to send it to Pakistan myself?!?!? Horrible way to treat customers. Lesson learned. Out $125. Great.

My personal experience with William Jacket has always been the best one. They never ever disappoint you with quality, stitching, fitting, and also while delivering your order. They have a really professional customer service team who is always available to help you out at any point while ordering, from selecting the right jacket to checkout to getting it delivered swiftly. They have got it all! I would highly recommend everyone buy from William Jacket if they want to get a jacket, because I do the same!

I can't give a lower review than a one star I guess. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Bought a Mr. and Mrs Claus set and spent alot of money. Received my items and quality was so poor and both items didn't fit even though we used their size guide. Asked for return and was given a Pakistan address to return to which after tracking my package sits in customs. So fake address I would say Yes. I also had to pay the shipping which was not cheap. So now I am out the cost of the outfits and the shipping. This company is a SCAM!!!!!

I wish I would have looked at reviews before making a purchase from this company. Ordered two "team" jackets, received only one. Many emails, no response. Toll free number listed on an executive email is not a real number. I spent a lot of money and am now threatening to go to BBB and my credit card company.

If you are a lover of machine gun Kelly songs, you should definitely listen to his song Bloody Valentine, Megan Fox also in his music video and she wore a leather jacket, which was outstanding. When I saw her jacket, I really love it, and I ordered it from William Jacket. I received a jacket the same as shown in the picture and music video. The leather is of high quality, and I must appreciate the stitching of the jacket. Overall the jacket seems good and also comfortable to wear.
