Scam! The product description says its original, while it's actually a replica with a bad quality

I've been searching for the perfect leather jacket and decided to try the WJ collection. I chose the Clark Shearling Leather Brown Jacket. The leather is good—soft yet durable, and the shearling keeps me warm. However, the fit was just okay despite using the size chart, and the color wasn't as vibrant as expected. Shipping was prompt, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, it's a decent jacket, but it didn't fully meet my expectations.

I've always loved red and struggled to find the perfect jacket until a friend recommended WJ. I bought their Classic Red Leather Bomber Jacket, and it's fantastic—stylish, well-made, and affordable. It's been great for all events and weather conditions. Highly recommend WJ for their quality and prices!
But on the other hand the delivery was a bit slow.

The jacket I recieved was not leather although I specificed in the order that it was to be leather. I wore it a few hours the first day and it ripped at the back left sleeve. I contacted the sales, returns, exchange email with the complaint and pictures. They have not responded at all to any of the emails.

Sent wrong size want me to return it to some name smith in Balgledesh. They said we sent correct jacket size but as there is no tags inside easy to say.and no buttons or closures.

Santa jacket wasn't velvet, collars and cuffs are not fur. Very cheap material.

WARNING! This is nothing but a scam all the way. Advertises a product from the USA and sends a lousy copy from Pakistan that has 0 value. Does not respond to inquiries and the case has now been forwarded to Visa International for processing. Most likely this is child labor and it is recommended to report it to the police.

Ordered a Pale Rider Coat, and what I received was nothing like it was pictured on the website. For reference, I already owned a Pale Rider Coat styled after the movie clothing, and I just needed a larger size. What I received from William Jacket was the wrong color, wrong cut, and wrong pockets. Even when provided with pictures compared to their website advertising, they refused to refund my money, so I had to dispute it through my CC company. Beware of what you purchase from this company. I wish they would allow me to post pictures here.

Edit: William Jacket wants me to pay for return shipping when they have sent an incorrect item. This isn't a simple size exchange that would fall under their return policy. It is a different item than pictured and I refuse to waste more time and money on them. Send me a return shipping label! 100% a scam for this item! Update your website photos!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They held on to my card details and attempted fraud!!

I purchased an item from this apparently US company last month Jan, 2025. The item arrived from India or Pakistan (sorry I can’t remember which). Item absolutely not as described both material and design and went straight in to the bin. Annoyingly I then got stuck with an import bill.

To my horror they have now attempted to use my card details to make unauthorised transactions. My savings are safe and my card is cancelled. I know for a fact it is them who did this.

Update - I saw the response from WJ. I can categorically say that yes THEY SOLD MY CREDIT CARD details. There’s was the only company I used in the last 2 years who were not a large company such as Amazon, Apple etc. Plus the lie about the country they are located in.

Pay close attention to the negative reviews of this "company". As soon as you see one, you'll notice several glowing, praising reviews from reviewers with only a single review, or maybe two, which tells you all you need to know about this place; they troll for negative reviews and then flood review sites with what appears to be planted positive reviews. Ordering from here gets you something that was advertised falsely. Cheaply, likely Chinese made junk. Obtaining a refund is impossible and you'll need to contact your bank to report fraud in order to get your money back. Beware of of this William Jacket company.

It is an excellent vintage of leather that is a fraction of this price; it is too easy to wear, and I had to enjoy pairing it with my denim pants and shirts. The incredible thing is it always gives me a new look whenever I wear this Mens Vintage Brown Leather Bomber Jacket. The quality is excellent, and it's really soft to the touch. It is the most trustworthy platform for getting your winter wardrobe solution quickly. But before ordering, you must check everything related to the product for perfect fit and quality. Their size chart and add-to-card options are truly friendly, and I am amazed at the shipping time because I received the parcel before the given period. I would want to thank WJ for making my wintery day comfortable.

To all those who are alert for blatant theft of your money. Over a month ago I bought a jacket, the money was taken from my account, and then a few days later I received information that my number was out of stock, strange because my size was on the website and still is. I have sent several emails asking for a refund, but I have not received any refund yet. The company is blatant fraudsters who act with great premeditation! I ask everyone to avoid such fraudsters as much as possible. My case is being handled by my lawyer!

I WOULD AVOIDE THIS COMPANY

William Jacket will not refund my money. I have been working with the BBB for close to a year to resolve this issue but William Jacket keeps providing excuses. They have agreed TWICE via the BBB resolution process and then failed to do so. I will provide future updates and this issue drags on.

I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY
I received my order and it was not anything close to what I was expecting from the website. It was like receiving a t-shirt when I ordered a sweater. It was not a wool coat. It was a thin, polyester, unlabeled jacket. I contacted them, returned their jacket, sent them a tracking number twice, verified with the U.S. postal service that it was delivered and received at a reception area. William Jacket said, I did not send the tracking number, they did not get it, and offered a 20% refund. I feel hugely deceived. This is an exploitative, deceptive company. All I asked for was a refund and I continue to get the run-around. Please share widely.

Update: William Jacket replied and said they offered me a discount. Why would I want a discount on a jacket I returned? That makes no sense. They told the BBB that the jacket was delivered. I never said it was not delivered. It was simply NOT what I ordered. I have PROOF from the USPS that the jacket was returned. It is my intent to start posting weekly until William Jacket makes this right. They are scamming me and think I will give up. Not going to happen. I believe on our country. THIS COMPANY IS NOT INDICATIVE OF OUR COUNTRY. Help restore trust!

Another Update: Still no results. I tried working through the Better Business Bureau. They have tried to reach William Jacket multiple times and they refuse to respond. I think this is a real indicator of a SCAM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I plan to start posting every Monday until William Jacket responds. I am also trying to reach local authorities. At this point, this is fraud. They scammed me. I do NOT have a jacket and I do NOT have my money. I returned the jacket they sent me to the address of the person they said I should work with. The U.S. postal service verified delivery and receipt. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

New Update (25 March 2025): I have been trying to work with the BBB in Florida...where a "Support Executive" named Robert Dawson is apparently located. He is the person William Jacket referred me to when I complained. So far, he keeps offering me the same discount on a jacket I returned to him personally. The US Postal Service verified it was received. If you read this, please suggest additional review forums where I can post warnings about this company.

Update May 12th, 2025

Working with the Butter Business Bureau, in late March, WilliamJacket agreed to refund my money in 24 days as this was their bank's policy. The 24-day deadline was set at April 21, 2025. I have been patient, but to date, they have NOT followed through on the agreement reached with help of the Better Business Bureau. I am currently working with the BBB to identify next steps. More updates will follow as I learn more.

Update: June 30th, 2025

Once again, William Jacket offered to refund my money if I closed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I did this for a second time...waited 30 days like William Jacket requested...and again they failed to follow through on their commitment. Such a deceptive company. They keep making promises and then fail to fulfill on their agreement. Their word seems to be about as good as their products. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THE COST TO YOU WILL BE THE COST OF WHATEVER PRODUCT YOU BUY FROM THEM. Once again, I have contacted the BBB for assistance.

The jacket did arrive but it is absolutely terrible quality. I contacted them for a refund and they offered me 20% back or to return it. I returned it at my expense (£30). Since then I have had an email saying my payment didn’t go through which is not the case. Huge scam! And the return address is Pakistan not an American company at all. Obviously all of the 5 star reviews on here are written by the same person. And I’m sure I’ll get the same response back on here as everyone else. Avoid at all costs. Luckily I’ve managed to be reimbursed by my bank.

Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered the Cousin Eddy Blue leisure suit, received something that looked more like the Frank Costanza festivus suit. Material was cheap and the suit was not put together well.

Customer service is terrible. Company will not refund my money despite shipping the item back over one month ago.
