Why did I not read these before I made a purchase! Oh well, stuck with a poor quality, poorly fitted, cheap piece of rubbish with no chance of a refund. How are these even able to trade?

1 star is too high. Absolutely shocking quality & looked nothing like the photo. Same story as previous reviews, 10% offer of refund and keep the item. I refused - they went up to 40%. I accepted as alternative was a charge back in my credit card which might end up in nothing. STAY CLEAR

I am £50 out of pocket with items that are poor quality and they are very small sizes. Customer services are making it difficult offering a replacement at an additional cost and ignoring my request for a full refund stating shipping costs are expensive. What to London, where you advertise your company is based. How are we protected from these companies as Trading standards signpost you to citizens advice, who will only tell you to go to small claims court that'll cost me more than I am owed. So frustrated, please bring back the high street shops! Not sure where else to go from here.

Late delivery and very poor quality material, nothing like the picture.

After waiting for weeks with no update my order finally arrived. It was so tightly scrunched up in the plastic bag it was packaged in that I could barely tell what it was. After my initial disappointment it only got worse. The quality of the products is absolutely appalling.
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this bag of trash.

Diabolical company! They say Wilson and carter London, but it’s not in London. I ordered a pair of size 3 sandals, £29 down from £70. They came (late) at least a size 7, the ‘leather’ was so thin it was creased! The sole wouldn’t have lasted a 2 miles walk

Don’t expect to get any refund if you wish to return them. I got a very bad experience. The 2 expensive dresses I purchased are nothing like the pictures or as the description. Their service is terrible, quality is terrible! Avoid buying from this fake company. For refunds you have to email them to which they don’t initially reply. I wish I had read the previous reviews and not ordered from them. For the returns process-I had to email them to request first, when they finally replied they are trying to stop me to return by informing it will cost me between $60-$100 delivery costs and offered me an alternative, which isn’t acceptable and then they will not provide me with the address to return the dresses. Just not the type of experience you would expect as per what they say on their website - from my bad experience I wouldn’t recommend them and would say best to avoid them. I’m now trying resolve it via my credit card co’ and hoping to return the dresses as they are no use to me.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I would have preferred to give them no stars. The dress I bought in good faith which was described as a cotton linen blend (and seemed so from the all-too-plausible photos) was in fact polyester, poorly made with no labels except a size label. The reply to my complaint about quality are AI generated and veeery long, and they warn that to do a return costs $30-40. They should be footing the return which is, in essence fraudulent. They are also giving me incentives to buy my next garment half price. Not on your life. The glossy website is NOT in London it is in the US (or is it?) and their warehouses are elsewhere but they won't say where. I have taken this company to the International Trading Standards hub and hope they can do something about it. If they want constructive advice, stop trading.

Absolutely terrible. Don’t buy anything g from these crooks. Their returns policy is non existent they offer you 10% of your our purchase contravening the sales of goods act. Disgraceful as soon as they have your money.

I’ve contacted my credit card company and they have raised a dispute. They are being supportive in getting my money back.

Total inability to obtain refund for item which was out of stock. Have been offered other shirts but I wanted a refund.

This company is a joke, claiming they are in London... NO they are overseas somewhere. My 2 dresses are awful, cheap material, not like the pictures, and asking a lot for them. Trying like all the others here trying to make contact, absolutely nothing. Like the other reviews I wish I had read them before i ordered, lesson learnt !!!!

The clothes were well pictured and lovely. I hadn't realised at first that the goods were coming from China, and I was worried about the length of time it was taking, but the company were very good at keeping me informed. I was delighted with the clothes, mainly summer dresses, and have worn them repeatedly. They wash like a dream and have had no need of ironing. I am really pleased to have found this company and I will keep looking in other seasons.

The website leads you to believe that they are London based but more likely deepest China.
I ordered on 3rd July and 2 pairs of trousers which did not resemble what I ordered arrived on 25th July in a tiny parcel all screwed up like a rag. The items are badly made, cloth of poor quality and didn't fit.
When I commenced the return process which is advertised as free I received a very long and complicated email stating that due to high demand, long delays in return shipping etc I could incur large costs. There was a complicated alternative to ordering more items free and not returning the original order. I have decided to put this behind me and they will be a charity donation.

Not transparent about returns process and poor quality shoes.
There is effectively no free or reasonable returns process. I purchased shoes at £50, (advertised as being reduced from £150), which were very low quality. When i enquired about returning them, they responded with an offer 10% refund and said I could keep shoes. I refused and requested full refund they countered with 20% refund or 100% credit voucher. They also added that my return postage costs would be based on return of item to original manufacturer in US and would likely be around $30-$50.

Do not order from this despicable company. Product quality is only worthy of the trash bin. They purport easy returns policy which is far from the case. When requesting a return, was informed the process was not easy and offered to keep the item with 15% refund or 100% credit note. Multiple emails back and forth stating I did not want to keep this poor quality item, with increased offers and stating my rights as part of treating customers fairly and the Consumer Duty Regulation, as well as reporting to Trading Standards, finally settling for 30% refund.

I would not recommend buying from this company.

The item I received was extremely disappointing. The quality was nothing like I expected based on the advertising. It looked and felt very cheap and was certainly not worth the price I paid.

When I contacted customer service to request a return and a full refund, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds or store credit instead. I was then told that returning the item would require expensive international shipping because it had been shipped from an overseas supplier, despite this not being made clear when I placed my order.

Overall, the whole experience has been frustrating. If you're expecting good quality clothing and straightforward customer service, I'd advise looking elsewhere.

They are not based in the UK but in China. They do not offer returns. They do not offer refunds.

If it was possible to give zero stars then I would.

The quality of their clothing is atrocious. Everything advertised on their website is misrepresented.
