Total inability to obtain refund for item which was out of stock. Have been offered other shirts but I wanted a refund.

This company is a joke, claiming they are in London... NO they are overseas somewhere. My 2 dresses are awful, cheap material, not like the pictures, and asking a lot for them. Trying like all the others here trying to make contact, absolutely nothing. Like the other reviews I wish I had read them before i ordered, lesson learnt !!!!
They are conning us all !!

The clothes were well pictured and lovely. I hadn't realised at first that the goods were coming from China, and I was worried about the length of time it was taking, but the company were very good at keeping me informed. I was delighted with the clothes, mainly summer dresses, and have worn them repeatedly. They wash like a dream and have had no need of ironing. I am really pleased to have found this company and I will keep looking in other seasons.

The website leads you to believe that they are London based but more likely deepest China.
I ordered on 3rd July and 2 pairs of trousers which did not resemble what I ordered arrived on 25th July in a tiny parcel all screwed up like a rag. The items are badly made, cloth of poor quality and didn't fit.
When I commenced the return process which is advertised as free I received a very long and complicated email stating that due to high demand, long delays in return shipping etc I could incur large costs. There was a complicated alternative to ordering more items free and not returning the original order. I have decided to put this behind me and they will be a charity donation.

Not transparent about returns process and poor quality shoes.
There is effectively no free or reasonable returns process. I purchased shoes at £50, (advertised as being reduced from £150), which were very low quality. When i enquired about returning them, they responded with an offer 10% refund and said I could keep shoes. I refused and requested full refund they countered with 20% refund or 100% credit voucher. They also added that my return postage costs would be based on return of item to original manufacturer in US and would likely be around $30-$50.

Do not order from this despicable company. Product quality is only worthy of the trash bin. They purport easy returns policy which is far from the case. When requesting a return, was informed the process was not easy and offered to keep the item with 15% refund or 100% credit note. Multiple emails back and forth stating I did not want to keep this poor quality item, with increased offers and stating my rights as part of treating customers fairly and the Consumer Duty Regulation, as well as reporting to Trading Standards, finally settling for 30% refund.

I would not recommend buying from this company.

The item I received was extremely disappointing. The quality was nothing like I expected based on the advertising. It looked and felt very cheap and was certainly not worth the price I paid.

When I contacted customer service to request a return and a full refund, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds or store credit instead. I was then told that returning the item would require expensive international shipping because it had been shipped from an overseas supplier, despite this not being made clear when I placed my order.

Overall, the whole experience has been frustrating. If you're expecting good quality clothing and straightforward customer service, I'd advise looking elsewhere.

I should have read your reviews before buying. Low quality rubbish.
Now they are saying it will cost me £50 to send back 😡😡

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS ASSOCIATES.

They are not based in the UK but in China. They do not offer returns. They do not offer refunds.

If it was possible to give zero stars then I would.

The quality of their clothing is atrocious. Everything advertised on their website is misrepresented.

My experience same as everyone else. I really recommend contacting your bank to ask them to undertake a Visa dispute: "item not as described". Also to put a Visa stop on WHOP*WC, so that no further money could be taken from you. I'm not on social media, but would ask those who are to spread the word that this is a scam business model, bringing in a lot of money to somebody

I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.
THE RETURNS ARE NON EXISTENT. THEY SAY THAT I HAVE TO SEND BACK TO AMERICA AND THE COST ARE HIGH, BUT THEY TRADE IN POUNDS. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND FEEL STUPID TO HAVE LET THIS HAPPENED.

Absolutely awful clothes, awful quality, went straight in the bonfire.
Wish i had read the reviews prior to throwing my money away. I would not even donate this to charity, it would be an insult. An absolute scam of a company and they should be shut down for false advertising. The item received did not resemble the item advertised in any way shape or form.

The dress was poor quality and I could not return it.They offered me 20% and keep the dress which I wouldn't put on my dog.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 shirts, what arrived was nothing like the pictures in their add. They are nasty Chinese tat, appalling quality, made of cheap material with poor stitching and no labels. Emailed to complain and was offered 10% refund which I still haven’t received.

False advertising , extremely poor quality clothing not as advertised. Refusal to give full refund unless items returned at $50 cost to myself . Offered 40% refund only.

I ordered from this company on 25 June and still haven’t received my order. Appalling customer service. They just take your money and refuse to follow through. Do not order from them.

This firm is astonishing in its desire to frustrate one at every turn. Trying to return very poor quality shoes is proving a nightmare. How I wish I had looked at trust pilot first!! They kept on offering discounts despite my insistence that I simply would like a refund. Have contacted my credit card company who will try to help in this matter. Buyer beware!!

Currently in touch with my bank to begin a dispute with this appalling company. They offered 40% refund and I could keep the goods🤣 they mean bin them. They tell you how difficult it will be to get your money back and how expensive it will be to return them. I’m persevering because they are scammers! A lesson to online shoppers like myself to check reviews and that items internationally shipped are likely to be rubbish from China.
