Do not buy from this company. It is a scam company pretending to be British. Items, if they arrive at all, are of poor quality and nothing like the images used to sell them. If you want to return you have to send to China. They only offer 15% of your original purchase price as a refund.

This is NOT a London company, but a company operating internationally.
Delivery is slow.
Quality is poor.
Returns are very difficult, offering international postage to be paid by the sender, with huge fees for customs.
They have a discount strategy, rather than a returns policy if the product is not right.
AVOID!

Do not be fooled by the blurb which suggests that the business is owned by a charming London based couple.

I ordered a dress….. it looked delightful and when it finally arrived after almost three weeks it resembled nothing like the garment I had ordered other than the colour combination!
The quality of fabric is dire, cheap shiny polyester and style and cut, well…..simply dreadful
I asked for refund and was offered 10% of the purchase cost which I refused. I was then told that the shipping cost to return would be between 30 and 50 dollars! Plus the completion of a lengthy returns form. I settled for a 20% refund ….. £7.99 for a rubbish garment I had paid £39.95 for! I was told to keep the garment. It would be an insult to
Landfill or charity shop!

Do not purchase anything from this company. The photos of a two piece casual trousers suit were stunning. When it arrived I wouldn't have paid a £1 for it. It's awful, top isn't the same colour as the bottoms.Stitchhing.... I dable with the odd thing but this is ......Returns...... Jump through hoops. I'm taking a hit and taking a 40% refund as the return/claims form I don't have the mental capacity to make accounts with weird companies and then the 30-50 dollars return (I'm sure I could have got it a lot cheaper but...). This is obviously how this company makes it's money. AVOID

Never, never, never will I nuy from this company again. Their clothing is rubbish and comes from China. Don't think for a minute that you are buying from a reputable British company in London because of the name you are definitely not. Not worth even one star.

I ordered a ladies top. It arrived nearly 3 weeks after placing order. I did not realise the company was not based in UK. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. When my item arrived, the quality was very poor, looked different from the top I had ordered and fabric was of poor quality. Do Not Order from this site!! Requesting a full refund!

I wish I'd looked at reviews as the items I ordered were terrible quality, nothing like the images, the material was cheap and the sizing was awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have read returns are difficult so not holding out much hope of getting my money back. Angry 😠

Like many other reviews on here, if there was an option to give this company no stars I would. When the dress I ordered finally arrived it was extremely poor quality and did not fit, despite me using their size guide to gauge which size dress to order. I approached the company for a refund, citing the 30 day money back guarantee they advertise but unfortunately this is clearly not available in my experience, leaving me with what I can only describe as a very expensive dress that has been demoted to cleaning rags! To add insult to injury, despite the website giving the illusion this is a London based company, they are based in America with garments being drop shipped from other parts of the world, meaning I am not covered under the UK consumer rights act 2015!

Avoid at all cost total scam!! I was i had read the reviews before I ordered a £60 suit for my son. So badly made and a lot smaller than the label says. No hope of getting money back.

This is the first time I have ordered clothes from a company unfamiliar to me, and I was taken in by the website and pictures of the product. The dress I thought I was ordering bore no resemblance to what I eventually received. This company is obviously a sham and should not be allowed to trade. Having now read so many negative reviews about them, I am surprised they continue to do so. I have learnt my lesson but would not want others to be taken in by these rogue companies.

Bad experience item was £69 reduced to £35...
When i start to track item I realize its coming from abroad.
When it finally arrives its awful smallest size S was really big not a small. Material horrible no labels to say what it is...
When I enquire to return after many emails and no return info i accepted 30% refund as it was a nightmare I wanted out of.
Will never buy from this company again they steal your money.

My wife ordered a dress. Took a time to arrive. Quality of the material was very poor. Asked for a refund, but was told after several emails, that return shipping costs would be between $30 and$50, which was almost the cost of the dress. Finally offered 20% of the cost of the dress. Just wish that I had read the Trust Pikot reviews before I ordered. I would definitely not use this company again. Company appears to be based in USA despite the Wilson and Carter, London title.,

AVOID THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAMMERS
I wanted to return and requested a full refund for the very poor quailty pair of trousers i recived.
This compnay will try anything for them not to refund any money. They advised me that I had to pay between 30 - 50 dollars postage.

THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF EVEN 1 STAR

The dress arrived later than normal and was stuffed into a small package so arrived creased and smelled of dry cleaning chemicals.

Don’t under any circumstances buy from this company- I bought two dresses and when they came they looked very very cheap - I did try to cancel them before they arrived but they said they can do this as they send out in batches - I am now trying to get my £70 refund - I don’t think this will happen because as soon as you ask for a refund they start responding with useless emails answering questions that you never asked offering 10% of your money back if you keep the dresses- so I put this down to experience - my advice they are a bunch of crooks wherever they are based- if I could give -zero I would

Avoid at all costs. Pictures don't match what you get. Avoid inputs you like wasting money.. if rather give it to a charity homeless person or friend in need. I regret buying anything rotor checking reviews first. It looks legit doesn't it but don't do it.
First, as soon as I thought there might be an issue, o emailed to cancel- within 1 hour of paying. They said it can't be stopped on an elaborate email. They are so efficient that it took 2 weeks to arrive.

The quality was nothing like the pictures! I used to get things from a website called everything£ 5. Com. I had better stuff from there. I knew what I might get and i was often pleasantly surprised. Some of it was better than primary. One dress looked like a similar pattern but looked cheap. The other one looked nothing like it. Also looked cheap. I'm sure they were stiched together in a seeat shop in 5 mins

I'd keep them for 80% off. They are offering 20% off
The joke is that they were supposed to be on sale from prices like £100 to £35. They're not worth the cloth they are cut from.
They are telling me that to send it back is too costly. How? Are they from Mars? Obviously this is intentional to avoid returns.

I don't say this lightly... avoid at your peril. Scamming company.

I hope they get what they deserve. They come up as education supplies on my credit card statement. They haven't registered properly or used to do that and after it failed decided to try clothing. Evil.
If possible, I'd give -1 stars.

This company is a joke, the shorts they sent were stitched by a blind man/woman, with a hole in the pocket. I tried to return them for a full refund as is my right and was offered varying percentages from 10% to 30% plus promises of discount on future purchases. Appalling garments and customer service. Please swerve!!!!

How I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering this appallingly awful 'dress'! Horrible thick acrylic fabric, quite different from the 'cotton mix' stated in the ad. Very badly put together, and the wrong, Large size. By the time it came I'd checked out the reviews. Nothing would have persuaded me to buy from this company. It was so obviously a scam, it became entertaining to see how bad the dress could be. In that, at least, I wasn't disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

ordered two dresses should have checked web site first very bad quality one dress far to big the other far to small made of polyester horrible i realised when I saw packaging that it has obviously come from China I will not attempt to send back because it will probably cost more BUYERS BEWARE
